SPOILERS!
About the protagonist:
From what I'm seeing right now, she is.. a bit odd. I like odd characters, but this MC has come and gone like a typhoon. The main character was reincarnated in a fantasy world as a champion of a god with the body of a Majin. If you're unfamiliar with dragon ball Z, google Majin Buu.
The protagonist can use the majority of the Majin race's powers so far; incredible regeneration, Buu's assault rain, etc... She's even learned kaioken, for heck's sake. (which, if you're unfamiliar with dragon ball z, will increase the power of your body by x (number). The most off-putting thing for me, though, is the fact that she can use magic along with all of this. She is also incredibly energetic.
About the characters:
The notable characters I've seen so far have been somewhat 2D (Oh, especially the panda uchiha saiyan (?)), although there have been variations in personality, quite a few of them just seem a bit bland to me. There is potential though.
About the pace of the story:
Fast paced. From the moment she was reincarnated in a desert, as of chapter 10 she is now at the academy and fighting in what champions call destiny battles, where they vie for supremacy and goodie goodie rewards.
About the world building:
There is real potential. You've created a fantasy/anime crossover world with magic and anime techniques. It is captivating me simply because of that fact. I might be overlooking something, but I'm seeing a minimalist style of world building at the moment.
Overall:
3.5/5 as of ch10. I'm seeing a part of the potential, but not all of it; I have faith that it will get better as I continue, though!
Honestly, for all my pet peeves with writers in general, This one really jives with me.
I've read two of their novels and while I can't say I've not had to deal with said Pet peeves just as rampant with them as with anyone else, I can definitely say I'm impressed.
The style of this writer, the way it all flows, what they choose to describe or leave out. Most of the time it's absolutely Baller.
The main character is just great honestly, nearly perfectly capturing the nature of "Buu" if it was forced onto an ordinary person.
The writer tends to writer Dark skinned females more than anything, but I'm honestly glad to see it.
However I have one major pet peeve with this writer in particular.
All his Mc's or supporting characters tend to be Sadists, through and through to their cores.
There is an unpopular, but scientifically substantiated view about what the personalities, actions and views of the characters say about the writers themselves. That being, it's directly correlative.
Due to this I must warn all who want to read this writers stuff. The writer is a sadistic bastard who enjoys getting off on rape, torture p*rn and brutality.
mostly being Sadistic and the torture porn, you literally can't go 2 chapters without some form of it in any of their novels I've read so far.
A very chaotic novel, with several references. If you like it, you o can read. But for me those references are so much that novel doesn't have an own identity.
