Your grammar is really good. Few mistakes if any. I would say that your main flaw is dialogue although for the most part it is fine: for example when MC is talking to girl he saved in coffee shop, they are talking and after 1 or two lines the girl suddenly says I'm having a ton of fun or something like that. It felt rushed and when writing dialogue you should take ur time.
