In the dark and complex world of Konoha, Uchiha Shisui's bold defiance against Danzo sets off a chain of events that reshapes the village. With cunning and determination, Shisui gradually seizes control of the council members, bending Konoha's politics to his will. Amidst this political turmoil, Kushina Uzumaki discovers the manipulation of her husband, Minato, and confronts Shisui in a fierce battle. The conflict results in the tragic deaths of Fugaku, Kushina, and Minato. In a desperate attempt to protect his children, Minato splits the Kyubi's chakra, sealing Yin and Yang into Naruto and his sister Himawari.
In the shadows of these monumental events, an overlooked and talentless member of the Uchiha clan meets an untimely demise. However, this is not the end for him. A soul from Earth takes over his body, giving him a second chance at life. This soul inherits a unique power, navigating life with the aid of a mysterious Game System, setting him on a path of growth, discovery, and power.
This is the story of Horyu Uchiha, a character marked by pragmatism, neutrality, and a thirst for knowledge. His journey is one of self-improvement and strategic maneuvering in a world rife with conflict and intrigue. Caught between the legacy of his clan and the machinations of the powerful, Horyu must carve his own path, all while keeping his biggest secrets - reincarnation and the Game System - closely guarded.

Fans of action will not be disappointed. The novel features intense combat scenes and strategic battles, showcasing the skills and abilities of various characters, including Horyu.

Light romance. Harem is a possbility, and matching is still in the air. I will see how it goes. Nothing certain.
11. R-18:
Maybe. Not heavily, but possible.
I'm not even going to bother putting this in any of my folders so the star rating will be at the bottom. The only reason I bothered to lose a few brain cells and write a review was to be petty but my ranking will be objective as telling my honest thoughts on it seems to be petty enough.
Very meh. There are a dozen other naruto/gamer system novels out there and although this one is not bad among them it still doesn't mean much. Being average in complete mediocrity and brainless smut doesn't mean it is close to good. The writer tried to do something with the Uchiha ruling the leaf but the execution of it is extremely flawed. There are about 5 divergence points that would make more sense but doing it at the point they chose was not a point where one would even think it should be. When adding an overplayed and extremely basic system setting on top of that you really don't have the recipe for a good work. I feel that if the writer chose to focus on one of the base concepts (and decides to not write only slightly less brainless smut) it would actually be not bad but again, the execution of said concept wasn't very good to begin with. It tries to do other sh*t to stand out from the 6 gamer/natuto smut pieces out there (probably more, I counted 6 different ones though) but ends up doing everything very mediocrely.
Grammar is below average with frequent grammatical errors and a grade 5 level vocabulary. World building/setting are not good but not as brainless and mind rotting as some other fanfictions. Characters aren't quite in the basic archetype category but are also not very fleshed out. Only ten chapters so far so it could definitely get better but history (and the writers past works consisting of 4 other fan fictions) has shown that it will likely degrade in quality or keep to par at best.
Edit: Only about 4-5 of those tags actually apply to this work. Just because it is going to have NSFW and smut parts doesn't mean that every NSFW tag applies to it.
Overall rating is a solid 4/10.

Terrible title, unrepresentative description but a good novel underneath it. Protag is infected with the sarcasm disease and that got grating very quickly. The smirks, the derision, the angst. None of these are bad by themselves. But it makes for an unlikable protag when combined.
He also suffers from the sin of talking to himself out loud. It creates convenient tension where otherwise there wouldn't be any. But the cost of that is making our protag seem a lot more incompetent and reckless than he was probably intended to be.
Characters depart from their canon behaviors, sometimes it's believable, but other times, especially in the case of antagonists, they become far more cartoony than the writing allows for. This carries over to the fight scenes.
You ever seen an anime where characters say things like "heh, check this out" or "You're fast, but you gotta do better than that!" ? Expect that. Have you also seen skills named things like "Chaos Strike"? Does your blood run cold when you see the words "Uchiha Crusher"? Yes, expect that too. Unironically. I'll tell you ahead of time that you can skip reading the fights and come away clean, so don't force yourself through if you think it's too much. Might want to skim through the training as well. The skill acquisition system is very loose and training requires an absurdly low amount of time. The space between levels is inconsistent to put it lightly. In short, the less you think, the happier you'll be.
A few concepts are explained sloppily. Dungeon spawning for example are not at all a common concept with RPG isekais. The author states that a separate novel works as a companion to this one. Maybe that's why it suffers.
The writing is solid. The vocab and prose can be a bit over the top at times but it's a good read that didn't feel like I was grinding through it as long as I skimmed the weak points. This excludes the times where things are repeated. One that stuck out to me was about Choji being strong but slow.
The plot is far more interesting than you might think. An AU where the Uchiha clan are the bad guys. There's a lot of room there for very interesting questions and the novel wastes no time asking them. But only asking. If you want answers, let me know when you find them. As of where I am now, nothing plot related has advanced past the first 10 chapters.
Last note - You may be wondering what kind of system we get in this novel. It's the silent, non-ai, system. But it has inventory, quests at convenient times, overpowered rewards, time dilation training chambers, and a minimap. You might see the weak to strong tag. This is largely true for the first 30 chapters but it's thrown out the window past that.

IanWhite2105 was correct about one thing in his review, he only wrote it to be petty. I don't think he read the story at all and just wrote the review after reading the stories synopsis. I'll give my take on the review, again this is my opinion.
I personally don't think this story deserves such a low rating so I gave it 5 stars, at most I would normally give it a 4.4 and that's only for some things that I'll mention later on.
The good:
Regular updates. Good MC who has shocked me in solving things in creative ways that I didn't think of. Unique timeline that has enough difference to make you think you know where the story is heading but in fact you're wrong. Nice concepts and a nice vivid descriptions.
The bad:
This is what reduced the points for me but I don't believe it warrants too many because in the end of it all, this is a fanfiction and the author is writing several stories, so well done. Sometimes the author can get too descriptive in events, you can skip/skim it sometimes and not lose much. The story did start slow in the beginning just because of the overly description of some stuff but you can tell the author is getting better at toning it down towards the later chapters (i.e. 100+). This just seems like his writing style so if you like that kind of stuff, well start reading. Some minor writing errors but my brain, just like many of you, already automatically correct it/fill in the blanks.
Either way, 4.4 seems good to me and I can definitely see it getting better because the story is really kicking up at the 100+ chapters.

Please read at least 6 chapters before evaluating (or skip ahead to "Ch4- A New Life", finish it, and then go back to Ch1). In the first 5 chapters, Horyu Uchiha has maybe been mentioned twice, and none of the story is in his POV. The complex, political, backdrop that I've been reading about initially lacked perspective. Similarly, the "system" does not appear until Ch4.
However, if you stick with the story, it takes off as promised. (I nearly didn't and am glad I did.)
Author: Maybe consider moving chapter 4 to the beginning and then do a flash-back, so that the reader knows why what they are reading is important; maybe also emphasize that the Uchiha clan is morally corrupt and heartless, for readers less familiar with the universe.
