Descendant Races: Races that are descended from mythical creatures. They have predominantly human features with traits inherited from their ancestors. Their features can diverge from the standard the more diluted their bloodline becomes.

Celestial:

• Arelim - Skin tones ranging from whites to light grays, hair often with metallic sheens, eyes within normal ranges usually with an extra angelic coloring in the iris. Similar in size to humans erring on the smaller side.
• Seraphim - Fair skin tones and normal hair colors, often with metallic sheens. Standard eye colors, often on the lighter side. Lighter bone structure and feathery wings ranging from pure white to darker grays and sometimes browns. Typically smaller in stature than humans.
• Nephilim - Skin tones ranging from dark grays to lighter grays, usually grayscale hair colors from jet black to snow white, typically vibrant colors of eyes. Typically much larger stature than humans, ranging from six to nine feet depending on purity of ancestry.

Infernal:

• Tiefling - Skin tones ranging from red to blue and every shade in between, curved horns that are usually similar to skin color most often protruding from the temple or forehead and curving towards the back of the skull, prehensile tails with flared heads that are sensitive enough to be erogenous zones. Eye color is usually shades of red, blue or violet, but rarely matches skin tone. Hair color is usually darker, but can be any shade humans have. Stature is similar to humans.
• Erinyes - Standard skin tones, usually on the fairer side but not always. Standard skin tones, eye colors usually shades of red, violet, or sometimes simply black. Standard hair colors, usually browns and blacks. Lighter bone structure, leathery wings and a thin prehensile tail almost always of a matching color, usually blacks, grays, or dark browns. Stature usually smaller than humans.
• Oni - Skin tones regular, but usually with red, black, or brown tints. Eye colors usually reds or blacks, hair colors are usually on the darker side. Either one or two horns protruding from the forehead and curving straight up. Stature is larger than humans, often between six and nine feet.

Draconic:

• Dragonling - Standard skin tones, but usually with smatterings of scales along the body. Scales can be any color of the rainbow, sometimes solid colored, sometimes multicolored dependent on ancestry. Most common placement for scales is forearms, the back of the neck, over the ribs, the front and sides of the thigh, and calves. Thick scaled tails that match their scales in color. Eyes any of the chromatic colors with vertical slit pupils. Males often have horns of varying shapes and sizes, usually corresponding to the color of their scales. Stature is similar to humans, erring on the larger side.
• Drakken - Standard skin tones often with patches of scales on the arms, legs, and back. Leathery wings and thin scaled tails usually matching in color to the scales. Standard hair colors, usually with metallic sheens. Chromatic colored eyes with vertical slit pupils. Stature is similar to humans, erring on the smaller side.
• Half-dragon - Standard skin tones often with patches of scales across the body that come in all colors. Horns of varying shades and shapes, chromatic eye colors with vertical slit pupils, thick scaled tails. Stature is larger than humans, ranging from six to nine feet.

• Malachai - Only known instance has dark gray skin, crimson eyes with a vertical slit, crimson hair, black feathered wings, light bone structure, and small stature.
• ??? - Only rumored instance has gray skin and four arms.

Nonhuman Races: Races that are less numerous than humankind but have walked Kasidiel just as long. They are humanoid in appearance, sometimes with traits that are inhuman in nature.

Elf:

• Dark - Gray skin tones ranging from nearly black to light, darker eye colors, pointed ears, grayscale hair colors often with metallic sheens, standard heights but lithe builds.
• Wood - Standard human skin tones typically on the darker end of the spectrum, eye colors usually blues, greens, or lighter browns, pointed ears, hair colors usually browns or dark blondes, standard heights but lithe builds.
• High - Standard human skin tones typically on the lighter end of the spectrum, pointed ears, eye colors usually silvers and golds, hair colors usually fair, standard heights but lithe builds.

Dwarf:

• Mountain - Standard human skin tones typically on the lighter end of the spectrum, eye colors usually grays or browns on the darker end, standard hair colors, short but broad in stature.
• Hill - Standard human skin tones typically on the darker end of the spectrum, eye colors usually grays or browns on the lighter end, standard hair colors, short and stout in stature but not as broad as Mountain Dwarves tend to be.
• Deep - Grayscale skin tones ranging from light to dark, eyes like gemstones but usually very dark, hair colors usually blacks or grays, short and broad in stature. 

Bestial:

• Nekomata - Standard human skin tones, standard eye colors with the additions of yellows and bright greens, cat-like ears and tail coated in fur that usually matches the hair color around it, fur/hair can be any color a cat could be, slightly smaller stature and lithe builds.
• Kitsune - Standard human skin tones, standard eye colors with the additions of golds and silvers, fox-like ears and tail coated in fur that usually matches the hair color around it, fur/hair can be any color a fox could be as well as some more rare pigments, slightly smaller stature than humans.
• Lycanine - Standard human skin tones, standard eye colors, dog-like or wolf-like ears and tail coated in fur that usually matches the hair color around it, fur/hair can be any color a dog could be, often similar in stature to humans.

Fae:

• Nymph - Skin tones usually in shades of green or brown, hair colors in a similar range usually in multiple colors, eye colors usually shades of greens, browns, or lighter blues and violets. Pointed ears and narrow features. Similar in stature to humans.
• Nereid - Skin tones usually in shades of blue or violet, hair colors in a similar range usually in multiple colors, eye colors usually shades of blues, greens, or violets, usually darker in color. Pointed ears and narrow features. Similar in stature to humans.
• Seelie - Skin tones usually in very light shades of pink, blue, or silver, hair colors usually one or more chromatic color with a metallic color threaded in, eye colors usually bright blues, violets, greens, golds, and silvers. Pointed ears and narrow features. Similar in stature to humans.

Siphon:

• Succubus/Incubus - Skin tones and hairs colors similar to humans, eyes similar to humans but often with an ethereal tint or glow, thin tail with tapered tip. Similar in stature to humans, but often with more sexualized characteristics. Requires sexual energy in addition to standard nutrition after maturity.
• Vampire - Skin tones and hairs colors similar to humans, eyes similar to humans but often with an ethereal tint or glow, long fangs for drawing blood. Similar in stature to humans, but often lithe. Requires blood in addition to standard nutrition after maturity.
• Siren - Skin tones and hairs colors similar to humans, eyes similar to humans but often with an ethereal tint or glow. Similar in stature to humans. Requires soul energy in addition to standard nutrition after maturity.
