If you like that one anime where the Demon Lord reincarnates as a baby and instantly makes himself an adult, you'll probably like this. I say probably because this story doesn't quite do it for me.

The world building is probably the best part about this story. You're given bits and pieces about human society at the DL's leisure, and the world's past is really interesting and unique for a story. I especially like the way the god's are portrayed. It realistically lacks in areas that the DL would have no interest in as well, as painful as that is.

The characters are less than great, with most of the realism in them being shoved under the rug in favor of the comedy you'd expect from such a story. Given some expansion on the world building, I believe it could be fixed. My personal head canon is that the world has been absurdly peaceful for a millennia, though I'm not one that can apply head canon to a story to fix it.

The story is there, and it nicely often switches between comedic and serious or dark moments in a way I quite enjoy. The progression speed is alright, feels a little fast at times, feels a little slow at times, but nothing major from a seemingly short (er) story. This is kind of where this falls apart for me, as I can't quite bring myself to be interested, without good, personal, reason, in a fight between a Dragonlord and Gods.

Overall, I would suggest that you give this a try if you like serious, dark, and comedic stories. I look forward to reading the author's future works.
