This story is the sequel to Dawn Weaver, and takes place some years after the first.

However, it can be read independently of the first book (while knowledge of the first book may make some things clearer, it is not needed at all to understand most of what is going on and enjoy the story for what it is). The two main characters are new characters, as is the majority of the cast.

Note that this story is much heavier on the transgender themes than Dawn Weaver, it and comes into it from very early in the story. The gender bender element itself don't come into play until much later however.

It is also not an Isekai story, at least not from a technical viewpoint.

This takes place in an alternate history of Earth where superheroes and villains duke it out. The main character is genderfluid/crossdresser, so heads up there is some transphobia stuff going on. She is also decidedly not trans, so if you don't like that fact, yeah I don't need you to read this. It's very like or hate, because it's based on my own story, so if you're easily offended by things like religions or politics, yeah, just don't read this!

Other than that, it has a girl's love rescue subplot, and a fight against evil dictator or something, and other stuff too. I don't want to go too long describing it though.

Oh, one more thing. If you're looking for Marvel-type comic book, it's more like My Hero Academia than that. Sorry. There's an attempt at least at humor, and the supervillains and superheros are more allegorical than realistic. This is a seprequel (I do not think there's a term for this, thanks to flashing back and forth, it is both a sequel and a prequel) of Town of Winter and Oracle of Tao. To a less extent, it also relates to Tales from the Reaper. The story begins with the creation of the universe, and ends with... well the end of it all. Basically, it was the finale of the main series, so I wanted to wrap things up cleanly. It's sorta got the feel of someone going senile, which is kinda the point. Ambrosia has finished her quest, and thanks to memories from three different lifetimes, she has some seriously disjointed sense of past and present.

Just a warning, it is kinda religious, and very very experimental. <<less
