EDIT: As of Chapter 639, I changed the writing style. It's much closer to standard writing now. I'm not sure if I will go back and update all previous chapters to the new style. It would take a lot of time and I would rather spend that time writing new ones instead of changing old ones.

118 years ago, Earth was ravaged by a major war between the forces of Heaven and Hell. Now, a young man named Zeth, who has just discovered he has magic abilities, finds himself faced with helping Heaven to prevent another invasion of Earth by Hell. Zeth and his new friends must journey through the world, different dimensions, and the divine realm to put a stop to the threats that face the world and perhaps answer the biggest question of all, what caused the conflict between Heaven and Hell in the first place? This is a journey that must go beyond the stars!

Beyond The Stars is a story inspired by battle shonen mangas (as well as my enjoyment of romance) but is darker than shonen stories usually are. I began writing it in November 2014 and the story is still ongoing to this day. The story is fully planned out so nothing I add is done as I go. The only exception is the moment to moment parts of fights. Consider this story a "word manga" as I write this story like it would be an actual manga.

Also I love the use of foreshadowing so always keep an eye out for anything that looks like foreshadowing.

I do make use of Scribble Hub's Glossary feature where I will put the list of arcs (and chapter numbers in those arcs) as well as a list of characters and their descriptions. Currently, it only has characters that have been drawn but soon I'm going to take some time to add all of the characters.

Because of the story's slow burn-like nature, character growth and development will take time to achieve. The MC-- Servi-- is overpowered, but the tension is still there. Her conflicts, for the most part, are mainly internal in nature. She has her own sets of challenges and mountains to climb, and they are different when compared to the people around her. In short, Servi's life isn't an easy one even when she has the power to destroy an army. When the main couple gets together, expect there to be descriptive sex scenes.

However, there is a content warning because this story contains depictions of gore, rape, and torture, sometimes to an excessive degree.

I guess I should throw this out there and it's probably important that I should do so to clearly state my intentions with this story. This is not going to be a happy-go-lucky story all the way through. It will start relatively upbeat, but there are going to be dark parts. There's going to be things that are hard to stomach, things that will make you uncomfortable. If that's not something you like, that's fine. Not every story is for everyone, maybe this one won't be for you.

To allay some questions this story is not designed to be a torture porn sort of fic. But that doesn't mean I will shy away from talking about characters being tortured or abused. I also won't skip through those portions of the story in an attempt to get them done more quickly. These things need to run their course in order for the importance of the circumstances to fully be imparted into the story. If you as a reader need to skip over these moments, that's perfectly fine. I do that myself in certain fics/shows when I start feeling uncomfortable. That's just a natural reaction. Anyway, I've gotten a couple of people who haven't been happy with it, and that's fine. I don't begrudge those people for disliking these parts of the story, I'm just putting this out there so that future readers come in knowing what to expect instead of being unfortunately blind-sided by my nearsightedness on the situation. I definitely should've had a warning up way earlier for people about this.
