What can you expect from this story? MC and side characters who are flawed and make mistakes, but ultimately grow and change, bettering themselves and the world around them. Yes, the MC does start off a bit weak and whiny, but he does get over it as the story progresses. It's a slow burn though.

Likewise Harem and romance. it is most definitely harem, though again it's a slow burn and not easy to reach. There are some r18 scenes with them, but these don't happen until a fair way into the story.

Real-world consequences of power. I'm trying to explore this slowly, so expect politics down the line.

Base-building in both the real and the other world, growing power, money, influence and more. it's a slow burn but a focus.

The year is 201X, and the line between reality and the imaginary has become blurred. Approximately nine months ago, the event which became known as "The Convergence" occurred. People on Earth began to obtain powers. I started writing this fanfic out of boredom and due to the lack of "So I'm a Spider, So What?" fanfics on the internet, so don't expect an award-winning level plot with gripping . I would appreciate constructive criticism and new ideas to add to the mix.

The whole gender bender thing is just there cause I wanna write about a female protagonist even though I don't know much about women's life perspective. You can just ignore it and consider this a fem mc fanfic.

I will mostly focus on the "So I'm a Spider, So What?" world, but the protagonist might go to other worlds for a number of reason. In such cases, I'll either create an entire new fic where I post such arcs, or normally add them here with an attached tag behind the chapter name.

I try to keep a semi-regular update schedule, but I keep in mind that I'm college student with limited time and a busy unstable schedule. Missed or delayed uploads will be fairly common.

Only made more wild by her race as an Oni being discriminated against for being the only race with neither qi nor mana - being anomalies of insane physical ability, however. They weren't 'strength cultivators' though and neither did they pretend to be which only caused more trouble for them as a minority - being heavily damaged in number after the {Second Great War} where they acted as vanguard to pull the gods down for their thrones (more in actual story).

This all not being helped by being a traditional matriarchy; built around women using their strength to 'coerce' their men and each other; in a place where patriarchy was standard.

But...

Violence speaks and nobody is better at being Violent than Violet.

Let me get this straight, this story will be kinky with giant Oni perni being plentiful and what follows with that. Other than that there may be some more stuff so consider yourself warned.

I'm going to go ahead and say it but I love Violet and made this story primarily just because I want to write more with her in a way I simply couldn't in the other two novels. Can't just have her be around all the time because then everything would just end with a punch...

I'm open to idea's about possible plot points and such as I plan to... Well plan less I guess? Just have Violet experience things with no real greater goal than to 'experience'. I truly think that, although she's Violent, Violet is a very lovable character that is just a little cutie I can't help but appreciate.

She doesn't talk much but I have a feeling I needn't explain much on that as it won't take long to figure her out - she's not dumb but just prefers to keep things simple and avoiding what she sees as 'pointless'. This can also lead to her getting wrathful when people get in the way but doesn't discard those who really care for her and is regretful when she hurts someone she doesn't mean to. This section wasn't meant to be about me gushing but telling you guys you can recommend tags and plot points but yea!

I plan to make this a Saturday release I hope everyone enjoys!

Early chapters may seem confusing but that's because it's adapted from my first novel and I don't exactly want to re-tread ground they already know and burry them in information they already know.
