Author's Note: This will be a rather casual story, don't expect arrogant rivals or evil corporations after the main lead/group. My desire to write this story came from 1. being unable to find any other story of a similar nature (of decent length at least) 2. recently becoming a fan of K-Pop which is an obvious inspiration. 3. To write something casual in my free time, so don't expect countless updates.

Note on the world setting: The story takes place in a fictional world and while there will be some resemblance to idol culture in South Korea, most things will be vastly different. There will be no hierarchy system or anything like that for example and the culture will be less conservative in general. There are a couple of reasons for this, one simply being my hesitation to write about something I am mostly ignorant about, but also because I just like to write about fictional landscapes that I can shape as I please.

Note on romance: I currently have no inclination to include any romance at the moment, though if I do, it will highly be likely that it would be a girl love romance, as I'm a fan of those. But for now, no romance in these early stages of writing. I'll update the genre and tags accordingly if this changes. <<less

As in, a novel he read over ten years ago, of which he remembered next to nothing about.
The system uselessly told him to make others angry, gave a few dubious promises, refused to explain anything, then disappeared. And so, eggplant Qin Yan was left to grow in a Demonic Sect's territory where the screams of the tormented were as commonplace as the usual backdrop songs in an elevator. And since when was an eggplant predatory like a Venus fly trap?!

Qin Yan: "Um, could I just R.I.P. instead? Not sure if I want to grow into a demonic eggplant..."

In the end, Qin Yan's only solace was in tickling the future protagonist of the novel, who was apparently going to blacken into a scummy man with a diverse harem.
