Allo, just wanna say this fanfic is my second go at envisioning a character in the position of supreme power; Kage. As Kages don't regularly do missions and violence often comes to them instead, there will be fewer fight scenes until Yagura/Jason begin to face the big threat to the Shinobi world. As such I'll mostly be exploring what *right* decisions Kirigakure could have taken and the challenges to those decisions post 3rd shinobi war, as well as trying to pre-empt Obito's Akatsuki with the current Kages; Onoki, Ay, Rasa, and Hiruzen/Minato.
As an aspect of the fic, it will be very Yagura/Kiri-centric with other villages and characters having interlude chapters in between. I am taking this route because, well, it's interesting and I want to discover more of what Kirigakure and its Legendary Swordsmen could have been.

To me Naruto should have been promoted to Chunin when he came back after the bell test. He should have been studying how to be a proper Chunin on the Tenji bridge arc clashing with Sy along the way. He should have been promoted to Special Jonin after defeating Kakazu. He should have been promoted to Jonin after defeating Pain. Tsunade should have promised him the seat of Hokage after his clone's showing against Madara, when the Kage were going up against Madara. And Finally it should have ended with Naruto being the youngest Hokage of all time.

But those are little gripes, my biggest gripe is with the whole of Boruto and it's power system. Karma overshadows and spits in the face of the Naruto power system. Naruto fights have always looked to will as the reason for a fight's outcome. 

Zabusa lost because he underestimated Naruto and Sasuke's will to fight. And even though I dislike the ending, Madara Uchiha lost because he mistook someone else's will for his own. 

Tsunade's will of fire. Might Guy's willingness to die for the future generation. Obito's will being weakened by the life he could have lived resulting in his loss. Everything was about will. <<less

All these broken shards of memories barely make sense, but they all seem to be part of the same picture, like the shattered moon in the sky. If that wasn't bad enough, the book that gave him the power to do anything in this setting went missing at the same time. Figuring out how this happened can come later. At the moment, Benjamin- the Author in question- needs to get his book back to put things the way they should be. But to do that, he'll need to get on his human loathing main character's good side. EDIT: As of Chapter 639, I changed the writing style. It's much closer to standard writing now. I'm not sure if I will go back and update all previous chapters to the new style. It would take a lot of time and I would rather spend that time writing new ones instead of changing old ones.

Also, I write this story for my friends to read and Scribble Hub is a convenient place for them to read it instead of me sending them the individual documents for every chapter. 118 years ago, Earth was ravaged by a major war between the forces of Heaven and Hell. Now, a young man named Zeth, who has just discovered he has magic abilities, finds himself faced with helping Heaven to prevent another invasion of Earth by Hell. Zeth and his new friends must journey through the world, different dimensions, and the divine realm to put a stop to the threats that face the world and perhaps answer the biggest question of all, what caused the conflict between Heaven and Hell in the first place? This is a journey that must go beyond the stars!

Beyond The Stars is a story inspired by battle shonen mangas (as well as my enjoyment of romance) but is darker than shonen stories usually are. I began writing it in November 2014 and the story is still ongoing to this day. The story is fully planned out so nothing I add is done as I go. The only exception is the moment to moment parts of fights. Consider this story a "word manga" as I write this story like it would be an actual manga.

Also I love the use of foreshadowing so always keep an eye out for anything that looks like foreshadowing.

I do make use of Scribble Hub's Glossary feature where I will put the list of arcs (and chapter numbers in those arcs) as well as a list of characters and their descriptions. Currently, it only has characters that have been drawn but soon I'm going to take some time to add all of the characters.

It is my first novel that I started a long time ago and that I write with some slowness but always trying to give the best of me. I love very much these themes of cultivation and fights, romance and soft slices of life, so I decided to create my own novel that maybe could be enjoyable and charming for some or boring and disappointing for many, but it doesn't matter.

In the beginning you will find a lot of clichés and tropes similar to almost every novel, even in the first 200-300 chapters, because I didn't know how to give an original and unique start. But I'm always aware of your comments, criticisms and complaints, which help me to broaden my horizons and perspectives and give a better writing and story to the novel.

My writing and consistency at the beginning can be ugly with many mistakes, but as the story progresses I have learned from my mistakes and corrected a lot, even changing the way of narration a little as the story progresses and I write gradually.

PS: Don't get carried away by the names of the chapter titles, some will seem to say the MC's cultivation or that he will start planning or have objectives against others, which is completely wrong. Sometimes I can't think of a suitable title and just write the simplest one, hehe.
