good, it looks like this place is one big underground complex. there are 4 layers with the addition of some facilities on the surface. the 1st floor is composed of production facilities, the 2nd floor is designated for research and development, the 3rd floor is tac-com and central processing, the 4th floor is power systems and life support. Since we are currently facing an energy crisis I will be primarily be focusing on the 4th floor.

Well, that is a lot of red. Both Fusion reactors are offline and so is a geothermal plant, we should always have geothermal energy as long as there is continental drift so the plant must have broken down. It looks like the Absolute power containment fields (APCF's) are still operational but depleted, the emergency generator runs off fossil fuel and only generates enough energy to power the facility until it runs out. That means I have to somehow get at least one of the fusion reactors online. One fission reactor would be enough to power this place for years especially if I ration power well with the APCFs.

Alright looks like the secondary reactor is operational I just got to find a replacement isotope core.
The inventory manifest shows they still have enough material to create a replacement core. I had the necessary materials sent to the chemical processing plant and already started the enrichment process. Once they are complete I will have OMNI transport them to the fourth floor.
Now onto the hard part. I am able to create the replacement core and transport it to the reactor room using the facility's automatic material transportation system and production facilities, but I can't get the new core into the reactor. Due to multiple cyber terrorism attempts against nuclear power plants in the 20th-century world governments cracked down on automation in facilities utilizing radioactive material. To prevent Terrorists from purging radioactive material and overloading reactors remotely laws were enacted which required a more human touch.
