Chapter 7 – I have dogs

Crash!

The noise of glass shards clattered to the ground. A man’s face smothered with dirt appeared from the ground. He flashed his white ivory teeth, but not for long as another hit made a bloody tooth fly out of his face.

“Ahh. Mr. Choi, you forgot to bark.” Attorney Jimaol crouched to pick the tooth and laughed. Also, standing beside him were other lawyers chortling with sadistic eyes.

“Yes, yes.” Hurried reply by Mr. Choi.

“Speaking to the Mayor and bribing other officials isn’t that hard to accomplish, Mr. Choi. Do your work next time, okay?”

“Yes, yes.”

“Being a human isn’t hard, eh? Mr. Choi? Speak wise and fluent, and you can reach the globe. Even my dogs are better than you.” Attorney Jimaol smirked.

Mr. Choi shuddered. He recalled the former’s pit bulls and became apprehensive. “Yes, yes. I’ll be better than a dog!”

Everyone on the scene laughed–guards and maids weren’t exceptions. The latter even cast flirty looks and provocative actions at the lawyers, which were reciprocated by them with an energetic pull towards their chest.

“Unfortunately, I didn’t bring my prized Alvinso. I think it’s fermented enough to give a horse a powerful punch.” A lawyer boasted whilst his eyes stole glances at Attorney Jimaol.

“You are boasting.” Another colleague clicked his tongue. “Sir Jimaol, I have the new model of Percedes, but I’ve been thinking I don’t deserve it. Only people of your stature can use such a car.”

In that instant, many started voicing out their prized possession and gave it to Attorney Jimaol like it was nothing. They seemed experts at doing this with no shame or regret in their voices and faces.

Mr. Choi had a dark expression before bowing his head. He now considered enhancing his flowery language to boost his career. None even wasted a second with him after laughing at him earlier. Only experiencing such incidents made him understand that no knowledge and hard work could beat a man’s asslicking.

Attorney Jimaol reveled in their ass-licking. With arms around a maid and nibbling on a luscious fruit and clear red wine, he closed his eyes.

“Ahhh… this is life.”

Though, despite his relaxing attitude, a thought flitted inside his mind. It was the greatest goal he had yet to achieve. One thing he desired with all his heart!

“Chief Justice!”

“If I become the Chief Justice, the law is to my bidding! Women? Money? They are easy! Only the rightful power of the nation deserves to be held by my own hands!”

“The founder of this state is both a genius and an idiotic. Because of that, people like me can wield such power! An unimaginable power! The right to kill! And the right to control anyone’s fate!”

“Even the president must listen to me or else… Hehehe… Hahaha!”

Attorney Jimaol guffawed despite the odd looks he was getting. This was the advantage of a person in power. No one could criticize their actions, no matter how crazy they seemed!

“I am power! I am the future Chief Justice! Chief Justice Jimaol!” The man created his nameplate in thin air.

While lost in thought, a messy footstep rang in the distance.

“Attorney! Attorney!” A guard arrived, lowering himself to catch his breath. “Your son! H-He is in the hospital! Someone strangled your son which almost killed him! Worst, the media was buzzing it so much!”

Dugen.

A vein popped out of Attorney Jimaol’s face. Truth be told, he didn’t care about that wastrel. No future single-celled organism that he threw in the back of his head. He could die for all he cares! He could make other hundreds of him and he won’t feel anything towards them!

Still, the latter had his name, and that implicated him no matter how he accepts or denies it. And he didn’t want that… so he gave his bastard several guards! Yet, they couldn’t even accomplish such a simple mission!

“Get them here!!!” Thunder struck the entire bar, and the guard ran with his tail between his legs. He decided from now on not to befriend those bodyguards protecting the young master.

Soon, the bodyguards arrived, fidgeting. They glanced at Jimaol and they almost fell out of breath!

Scary!

The latter had immense pressure, despite only sitting. Even those kiss-ass lawyers huddled towards the corner because of the scary amount of anger Jimaol was releasing!

Attorney Jimaol snorted, but he didn’t scold them. Instead, he whistled. All of a sudden, galloping noises rang. Out of the corner of their eye, they could see ten humongous creatures—made of solid muscles and enormous jaws, appearing and snarling at them.

“Push one and the others will live!”

Everyone felt their spine tingle! They couldn’t believe someone cruel existed in this world! Being greedy wasn’t an unpardonable sin. Killing? That was one of the ungodliness a person could do!

Yet, despite their morality, one bodyguard didn’t even hesitate and pushed someone in front of him. The latter stumbled in shock. The entire thing hadn’t been processed to his mind yet when the ten pit bulls jumped on him with their jaw wide open!

For a minute, screams and blood covered the entire bar. They watched as the man got dismembered into piles of mess! Once again, they shuddered to see the bloody yet happy smiles on the dogs’ faces!

Mr. Choi became pale white. He almost became their food earlier. Just imagine watching your nightmare come true in front of you… it made him vomit and piss his pants.

“The law saw nothing.” The angry man snorted. “Clean it up and we got a lot of things to clean after.”

He walked out. The people in the bar looked at each other before following him. They knew a storm was coming, and they had to hide under the person with the greatest umbrella.

“Whoever fucker did this, he will die no matter how many lives he has!”
