A pleasant breeze flowed through Chiharu. Her lips curled up in a small smile as a look of bliss fell upon her face. She was currently standing on top of a grass covered mountain. The sky was clear, a nice shade of blue blessing her eyes . The three distinct moons that the eastern kingdom was known for were present and beautiful as ever. She looked down at the village she had just helped from a crisis. Urashina was the name of the village.

A group of bandits decided it would be fun to kidnap a group of young girls to sell at Kumigawa's red light district. Chiharu, who just happened to be passing by, helped. She took one more glance before walking away. Her hair was in a half braided bun. She had a pair of long earrings that had the symbol of her clan on it. A tiger intertwined with a dragon. She was wearing her famous gold and black mini kimono. Kage strapped onto her hip. She wore a pair of ankle length white socks and light brown getas.

She started whistling as she walked into the forest to her wagon on the other side. She drew out Kage and cut the arrow in half. Her face contorted in anger. "Who goes there?" She viciously questioned. Akimitsu came out, wearing nothing but a pair of baggy brown trousers and a yellow waistband. His chiseled torso was exposed and his hair was let down.

He had two orange and black sheathed katanas strapped to his waist. A bow and arrow in his hand, positioned to shoot again. "Akimitsu." She called out in a low, dangerous tone. "Dear Chiharu. I decided to finally take action. Is your mind at ease?" Again with his annoyingly flippant tone. She held her sword in front of her. "I call you forth Kage. Let me borrow your strength."

The top part of the blade became jet black and the bottom part lit up and was now purple. A purple dragon was now present. A dark tornado surrounded Chiharu causing the trees to blow back and Akimitsu to cover himself with one arm and dig his feet into the ground. His hair blowing back, his lips were now curled into a snarl.

The tornado stopped and revealed Chiharu in a shadowy robe. Large black markings covered her body and face. The whites of her eyes were now black and her pupils purple. Her hair was flowing everywhere and it was now white.

She disappeared. Akimitsu stumbled and searched around before looking up. Chiharu was spinning down from the sky with her blade ready to cut. He took out both his katanas and blocked the attack. The sound of blades hitting echoing across the atmosphere. The trees once again blew back from the force of the attack. She disappeared, reappearing behind him and attacking. This time barely dodging the attack. His cheeks sting and a drop of blood trickled down his face. He was cut.

"You stupid bitch. I call upon you and your strength, Amaterasu." His blades become a crimson colour. The symbol of the sun now engraved on both swords and the bottom of the hilt now ablaze. He stuck the flaming blade into the ground and twisted it.

A line of fire reached Chiharu's feet." Phoenix prison." Her entire surroundings lit up. She was now engulfed by his flames that were shaped like a phoenix. Sweat started dripping down her face. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath, exhaling it all out. "Shadow pool." She whispered. A massive black circle was now below her feet. She started sinking, appearing out of Akimitsu's own shadow.

Her own face contorted into shock when she noticed the sinister grin on the cunning man's face. He had a talisman in his hand. Chiharu then noticed her surroundings. She was trapped in a pentagon. A talisman is placed at each point. She suddenly felt her energy being drained. She went back to normal and the kage deactivated.

Two black snake heads came out of the ground and bit each arm. Akimitsu then started laughing maniacally. "Five years of planning. It took five years of studying both you and the sword. Five years for this very moment to happen." Chiharu could hardly focus on his words. She was vomiting blood and her body was in excruciating pain. Her head was spinning, a clear sign her world was going to become dark anytime soon.

"I went to the stupid swordsmith Watanabe and tortured the way to nullify kage out of him. All I needed to do was create a talisman written in the blood of a demon. Thank the heavens that Lady Tsumiki had some at her disposal."

'Her royal highness was in on it too.' Chiharu continued vomiting and groaning. Akimitsu stepped closer to her, bending down on her level and smiling. She could barely focus on his face, but she knew a look of smugness was written all over it.

" Bye bye." He then grabbed a dagger and stuck it in her neck, dragging it across as he watched her face turn purple. He snapped his fingers, and the snakes that were holding her were now gone. Allowing her to drop to the ground and bleed to death. She struggled to breath as warm blood was gushing from her neck. Her hands were now useless since they were riddled in poison. "I'm sorry kage." With that, she took her last breath. The last image her mind took was Akimitsu walking away with a kage in his hand.

Chiharu was no more.
