This is translation novel, 美漫世界阴影轨迹, as the title suggests, it's a story that stretches across a multitude of american comics. Most of it is fictional, as the comics themselves are, so don't bother if a few names here and there are different.
As for which comics, you can decide when you read. Just saying, it's not limited to just Marvel, or just superheroes.
