Chapter 267

This battle was quite entertaining for Amon. However, he wasn't just sitting around either.

If Shanks and Dragon wanted to attack the Einherjars, or more precisely himself, then coming to this war would be most beneficial for them.

But there was no sight of them whatsoever.

Amon simply wondered, just how long were they going to wait before taking action.

So, waiting, he focused on the battle below.

….

Raki was forced to transform out of her dragon form to slip away from Sengoku's Conqueror's Haki Conjuring technique.

She dropped to the ground in her Hybrid-form where her body was covered in blue scales, her left torso covered in red ones, while a majestic tail lashed out behind her.

She didn't wear her Raid Suit, which rested on her wrist.

She unsheathed her twin blades while staring at the two old men with her golden serpentine eyes.

At the same time, red Flame Clouds left her and went towards Yamato and Wyper's unconscious bodies. The clouds entangled around them like soft cushions and dropped them a bit far from her spot.

"Everything looks clear." She tightened the grip around her weapon. "Let me start!"

With a battle cry, she rushed at Sengoku by jumping in the air where she wielded her swords over her head.

"Sky Sword Style: Form 6!"

The Form Six allowed the user to cut through heavy, strong metals. And so her blades coated in Armament, Conqueror's Haki, and Tremor rushed at Sengoku's shoulder blades in her hope to sever him in a shot.

But Garp meddled in.

He jumped from behind her, his arm drawn back for a punch, as he threw it ahead in a whiff of Silver Haki.

However his hit couldn't land because Raki's tail leapt behind her and smacked on Garp's cheeks, causing the Marine Hero to thrash into the ground.

By then, however, Sengoku had made his own move.

His two palms were trying to sandwich Raki from both left and right, and they were terribly close by the time Garp fell to the ground.

Raki noticed there was no way to dodge the blow, so she changed target.

She put her right hand on her left shoulder, and her left hand on her right waist—ideally making her two blades point outwards her body as she made a platform of flame clouds below her feet before starting to spin at an incredible speed.

"Twin Sword Style: Dragon Twister!"

Her body spun, and her sword did too, as a tornado of sharp air surrounded her just as Sengoku's   hands clasped her body between his palms.

That was her bad idea. Now, she was within her own attack.

"Gargh!"

There was a groan within the tornado which clashed with Sengoku's two palms, making it hard for him to keep them together.

In the end, he groaned too as he was almost about to part his hands away. However, Garp jumped back from the ground, bleeding from his forehead, as he jumped on top of Sengoku's two palms and slapped behind the hands, therefore helping him keep them closed.

"Good safe."

Sengoku muttered as he, at the same time, started to release strong earth breaking shockwaves from within his palms which caused the girl imprisoned within to cry out louder.

When there wasn't any more groaning from inside, when the tornado of blades had ended, Sengoku parted his palms carefully.

His cautiousness was not helpful, however, as a green-skinned human painted red leapt from his palm and reached over his face with her blades raised over her head like before.

"DIE!"

She swung her swords downward, but again, they couldn't hit Sengoku because Garp intervened again.

His knuckles crashed into her ribs, on her red scales, throwing her far in the sky, before he kicked the air to reach over her and strike on her abdomen with his hands clasped.

Raki fell to the ground like a rag-doll, an undying mosquito, as Sengoku shoved his palms downwards at her and crushed her body like a pest using his shockwaves.

Sengoku continued his assault, giving Raki not even a chance to pick up her weapon, while Garp looked at the sky.

"Are you seeing this, brat?" Garp said softly at the sky. "Isn't she your strongest? Look at her, she's not a match for us at all. So, come down yourself if you really want to win this war."

The sky had gone bright again when Raki cancelled her giant transformation. In that now bright sky, lightning crackled nonetheless. The crackles sounded like a chuckle, as a voice formed from within those strikes.

"She's not the strongest." The overly intensified voice of Amon sounded out. "She might be Physically, and even Devil-fruit & Haki-wise the best I have, but there is someone better than her overall."

As if being summoned by him, in the rumbling sky small figures started to come from far.

Hancock, Urouge and Yona—The three remaining Sins.

While the former two went towards the Five Elders, the latter—Yona, rushed over to Garp's place.

"Behold." Amon's voice said, as Yona dropped to the ground with her shadow enlarging and people, zombies, starting to crawl out of her. "Here's my strongest Sin."

Charlotte Linlin, Edward Newgate, King of the Beasts Kaido, and finally, Dark King Rayleigh.

All of these legends of men and women rose from Yona's shadow, one by one.

Garp's eyes bulged wide as veins saturated around his forehead.

"This bastard…"

He couldn't finish his line as the Three Emperor, and one right-hand of the Pirate King, rushed at him all at once.

The marine soldiers realised this might not be the most optimal battle for Garp, even without the Zombies possessing any Haki, so they rushed to Yona in hope to take her down which would cancel all this at once.

However, Yona's Raid Suit coated body turned invisible, as she dodged and attacked each one of them. She simply tore their shadows apart, therefore killing them by being roasted by the sun.

Even so, the dead marines were wrong about something. The Zombies this time, had Haki.

They weren't just a body filled with countless shadows. At the same time, they were also filled with countless souls that Amon had unlimited access to because of the war. The Emperors didn't exactly reach their former level in Haki—and they didn't have Conqueror's Haki either—but what they had… was more than enough to take care of Garp.

Big Mom descended her armament coated arm towards Garp who's Silver Haki returned, causing his black eyes to turn silver in colour too, as he swiftly dodged the blow.

Then came Rayleigh's, then Whitebeard's. He dodged them all. However, at last, Kaido swung his club at him.

"Thunder Bagura!"

The zombie yelled, even though there was no black lightning around the blow. It was just an instinctual thing to the zombie.

The unconscious Yamato's eyes seemed to twitch at the roar, but she didn't regain consciousness.

She, as anyone in her spot would expect, knew that Amon must have turned Kaido into  a Shadow Soldier like Big Mom too. But she had yet to see it with her own two eyes. Amon wanted to keep it that way, so he made her lay down unconscious.

Kaido's club hit Garp on the jaw, as it was too fast for him to dodge it after dodging three other attacks in succession.

As Amon had commented in Marineford, Garp—in his Silver Haki mode—was a few times faster than Kizaru before the boost. So he could indeed dodge some strong blows, but dodging four of these attacks one after another was hard even for him.

That realisation made Garp clench his jaws. At last, he might not have that big of a chance.

On the other side, Sengoku was furious when he saw Whitebeard's zombie and had immediately tried to rush there. However, Raki jumped ahead between them.

She was bleeding from all over, but she was still standing on her feet while breathing heavily. Now, with Garp gone, she felt like she could focus on Sengoku entirely.

"You're going… nowhere." She said with a heavy heave of breath.

Then she sheathed her swords and instead curled her fists—around where a half transparent white sphere formed.

"Let me destroy you."

Sengoku's eyes locked on the spheres, as his jaws clenched. He kicked the ground at the same time as Raki.

They have fought before, but Raki hadn't used her Tremor-Tremor fruit like this. By doing this, she was clearly mocking him.

Sengoku's large body shrunk to help his speed and he ran in his own hybrid-form, which was the same size as his normal human body but golden.

Indeed, Raki noticed the increase in his speed as he tried to dodge her fist while trying to land a palm strike on her, but she also dodged it.

Their powers were very similar. Raki had tough skin and strong vibrations, while Sengoku also had tough skin and strong shockwaves.

Except Raki had some more powers in her arsenal…

She threw a curled fist at Sengoku and predicted where he'll step after dodging the attack, before she opened her mouth wide and threw a heat breath.

Sengoku's eyes shook as he was unable to dodge the close range beam of fire. It engulfed his whole body, going even beyond as it roasted some small marines who were far far behind Sengoku.

When the beam ended and Sengoku came out, he was breathing heavily while being coated by black armament over his body.

The black armament vanished as a scorching red body came from under it.

"You…" Sengoku growled.

He said nothing else and rushed at Raki, his speed was noticeably slower but his attack would be much stronger because of his hot melting golden body. Raki knew that.

That's why she dodged his moves with focus, which was not as hard as before after being used to not relying on Wisdom Eyes for more than a year.

She found an opportunity to strike at his neck with her Tremor coated fist, which made a dent on his neck, causing it to twist to the side.

That was a good sign, seeing which she started to strike again and again. Creating dozens of dents on Sengoku's body.

Alongside all the benefits his Mythical Zoan gave him, there were some major weaknesses. One of them was this. When he gets a strong enough strike, a crater is formed on his body. It heals over time, in a week or so at most, but he's always in terrible pain in his Zoan/Hybrid as long as there are those dents present.

"Ughhg!"

Sengoku yelled out loud, which gave Raki another chance to attack.

Sengoku, with his great battle experience, held on to the pain and blocked the incoming attack.

With his other hand raised, he shoved it into Raki's chest, releasing a great wave of shock again which shocked Raki's inside, bypassing all her defences.

She only groaned, though, before she threw her knuckles at his chin which caused him to back off for a single second giving her a chance for another Heat Breath.

She ended the beam shortly, which Sengoku clearly hadn't expected, and continued her Tremor assault.

She yanked Sengoku by his goatee causing his face to lower as she striked down on his cheeks, which made his body slam over to the ground.

She didn't give the man a chance to get up. She jumped over his head and started to slam her Tremor coated knuckles on his face, which kept making dents, and she even started to see some cracks.

In seconds, his face was thin, narrow, twisted and detorted, and barely recognisable. He looked like a cartoon character, but Raki didn't stop to appreciate the funny sight.

She channelled Light on her palms inside the round coating of Tremor around her fists. When she striked again, there was an explosion upon contact.

"ARGG!"

Sengoku groaned, his voice squeaky now, but Raki didn't stop.

She punched again, again, again, and again.

There was a groan after each strike and slowly they were going quieter.

At her 50th strike, she didn't receive any groan.

She stopped briefly to look at him, before starting her assault again.

Raki could hear Garp's exasperated yells towards her, but he was being restrained by the Zombie Emperors.

At her 59th strike, Raki didn't hit the solid gold anymore, she was hitting human flesh and bones, which she without realising had crushed into a mess.

Huffing, Raki stood up while staring down at Sengoku's normal humane face, which was painted red with blood as he stared at the sky with blank eyes, his chest not heaving up and down anymore.

"Oh…" Raki realised what happened.

Fleet Admiral Sengoku, had just died at the age of 78.

"You bitch!"

However, she couldn't defend as her face was slammed by an angry Garp which threw her hundred metres away, from where she didn't waste a second before rushing back.

She wasn't the only one running though, the Zombie Emperors who had by then hurt Garp a lot, rushed at him from the other side.

Raki dodged another attack from Garp by her Observation Haki, while the Zombies striked on his back, and Raki swiped her claws on Garp's chest.

The Marine Hero had to split his Haki on both his back and chest, meaning they were weaker than focusing on a single spot—which made his tries effortless as both Raki and the Zombies' attack cut and crushed his chest and back.

Garp groaned as blood leapt out of his lips.

However, Garp didn't turn his back to Raki and simply glared. But that only gave the Zombies more chances to strike his back.

Big Mom's Ikkoku Sovereignty, Kaido's Thunder Bagura, and Rayleigh and Whitebeard's nameless attacks—which were as strong—all hit Garp's back, causing his entire body to tremble, but the man didn't drop to the ground.

With blood red eyes, he reached his hand out for Raki's skull, slowly.

Raki only opened her jaws wide—just as the Zombies jumped away from behind Garp—then with a smirk on her stretched lips, she released a breath of hot fire turned plasma.

Garp didn't try to defend at all and still tried to touch her face, simmer Haki on his fingertips. But, his reached-out hand was the first thing to disintegrate before all of his body melted into nothingness after that.

Raki closed her mouth with heavy breaths. She looked around her spot where everyone else—Marines and Einherjars alike—stared at her with a stunned expression.

"B-but…"

"Sir Garp…"

"Fleet Admiral…"

The marines started to mutter in disbelief at the sight of their two heroes gone, their hope dead killed by a girl not even half their age.

They couldn't even feel anger, as only fear eroded their hearts. More so, as the Five Elders dropped to the ground, dead as well.

At the same time, all the Marines' weapons dropped to the ground before they dropped to their knees. They weren't trying to surrender, and were simply feeling hopeless…

"That concludes it then," A voice said as a man wearing white coat materialised in the air.

—★—

["This concludes it then."]

The people watching the stream from all over the world saw as the Sky Emperor materialised on the air within the big screen.

["This is the end of this war. Call this war whatever you like, give it whatever name it pleases you. But let me be clear,"] Amon said. ["From this moment, this entire world would be—"]

Amon stopped talking as his neutral expression changed into an amused one, a one where he smirked.

"Oh, looks like we have some late participants."

A dark blue portal opened at one end of the island, where all the eyes and camera focused on. From within the portal, three men of varying ages, walked out.

The people who were watching the steam, and the marines—both had their eyes shaken as they watched the three people.

Shanks, one hand in a pocket and another on the hilt of his sword, lead two men. One coated in a green robe, and one wearing a Straw Hat.

"Looks like we are a bit late, eh." Shanks said, looking around the battlefield, meeting everyone's gazes, with a smile.

Amon's chuckle interrupted his gaze. "Certainly not. I'd say you are on the perfect time, Shanks."

Shanks smiled at him in the sky... before his Conqueror's Haki burst outwards.

It was a big dome of blue to anyone who could use Observation Haki, as it covered the entire island easily.

In an instant, hundreds of Einherjars dropped to their knees, and some simply went unconscious.

Amon's coat fluttered under the pressure as he smiled too—before releasing his own Conqueror's Haki.

There was a stretch in space before the entire will of the strongest man alive crushed over the island, causing all the remaining Marines to drop down, most dying in an instant.

Amongst the people who watched the stream, only those who could use Observation Haki realised just how much power was behind that.

In their line of sight, as the camera zoomed outwards, they all saw a red dome, towering over Shanks' by a few dozen times.

The cameras recording the war simply crackled and burst under the pressure, cutting contact of the battle from the general people who went into a frenzy immediately.
