Every story has an ending, nothing is permanent. So are the divine themselves.

Like a sun, the world runs on fuel. Instead of helium, it depends on the pages the said world had left. The moment those pages run out, the world will become desperate. So as it's people.

They plunder the healthy worlds out of desperation, some seek for riches, some seek for fame... For the sake of their lives, they stole the pages of the healthy worlds.

Desperation pushes others to reach their desired goal. Morality is what keeps the course. Just as greed is what keeps us living, they are the apparatus of the nature of living beings.

The farther you are, the higher you fall...

.

Klover Kirsten, 16 Years Old. No goals in life, stuck in his bed all day long. A baggage you can say, his eyes bagged with black is a testament of the lack of sleep.

He gazed upon his bedroom. Til it catched upon a wooden table just a few meters away from him. His wet eyes closed for a bit, as he elicited a sigh.

'What even is living?'

A philosphical question. His lips remained a frown, he groaned silently. When man has lost reason to keep moving, what reason should a man find to keep on living?

Klover raised his heavy figure, sporting atleast 5'7 feet tall. He was considered normal in society's standard. Well, atleast in his country.

"Almost 7:00 AM, shit...." He cursed at himself for his slothness. Feeling burn out at almost everything in life, he couldn't forget the incident just yesterday. He opened his dry mouth, a slight sharp pain tore the tissue in his lips.

"Ah...." He groaned silently. Bearing the pain, this was not close as to what had happened yesterday. He rubbed his temples a slight headache caused a slight annoyance in his balance.

"I've locked myself out, there's really nothing to do here....." Occasionally, there was a knock that occurs in his door every few hours or so. But he just ignored it, his emotions numbed as he didn't want to deal with his abusive family.

"Klover! Come out this instant!" A yell that screams to obey echoed through Klover's ears. He gritted his teeth.

"You're friend here has been waiting outside for you for all this hours for fucks sake. Open up you brat....!" Friends huh...

He opened his window, the slight breeze welcoming him elicits a small delight within his face.

"Klover please, I'm sorry! It's not what you think!" Another voice resounded outside the door, it was a strangely familiar tone that he knew since childhood.

'Fuck off.' He inwardly spat at the door. He was in no mood to talk to them. Aren't they the ones who broke his heart? Deceit, all of them.

A world full of lies, oh how he had wished he lived in another world! A world without world instead being stucked up in this nonsensical bullshit. He ironically laughed. Ofcourse that wasn't going to happen.

He gazed upon the busy streets in his window. His focus was on the happy atmosphere the children strolling with their parents emmited. Honestly, he felt jealous, does he have something like that? Nope, none at all.

He'll do almost everything to change his life, or possibly even restart it from scratch. Where no one knew him.

A fool's dream, this wasn't a perfect world. It was full of flaws, arranged everything against his favor...

His eyes became wet once again, his entire body shook. Frustration welled up on him, yet he held it back.

"I SAID OPEN THE FUCK UP! YOU SHITTY BRAT!" The door finally broke, startling Klover out of his misery thoughts.

"Finally got you Klover, you've been given us all the hassle ever since you've loxked yourself. You sister had finally grew up, compare to her, what about you?" Klover froze in place, gasping for what little air he had.

A golden haired youth also stood upon the man he called his "Father". Along with his entire family.

"...." The golden haired girl, with shades of emerald shimmering in her eyes. She looked almost disheveled looking straight in his eyes, worry, along with varying volume of affection was directed straight at him.

He knew, that was but a lie to get him back.
He shook his head, there was no way out. He might as well accept his fate.

To return in deceit he attempts to walk through them. Atleast, until a broken piece of door knob slipped his entire balance.

"!" His figure slipped through the window he opened. In a two story house, with no support to soften his landing, not even a roof.

"Shit, you think I'm done with you little shit...!" He heard his father swore, a feminine wail of cry surrounded his ears. He can only curse to himself.

'At the very least...' He didn't even finished his thoughts, his cervical vertabrae made contact with ground.

His vision turned black, along with electrfying jolts of pain.

.

Luck played a role in a person' life... Roll a dice of six and you can be born with an unimaginable amount of fortune, it doesn't matter if they started poor as they were always destined for greatness in the future. Roll a one, and be born in misfortune, remembered by none.

To Klover, he pulled the latter. No skills in almost everything, through his entire childhood. There was no one except his "Childhood Friends" sticking with him.
His worthlessness proven upon that incident after they grew up. Noah, his only bestfriend and Shion, his girlfriend, is what he formerly treasured in his life. Is it even the right word to call it "Betray" when they cheated in front of him.

He had no talent unlike them. Frequently, he can picture them together. A pang of guilt and jealousy always drowned his mind when thought of that.

'Guessed they rolled a six...' A moment of internal monlogue. His closed eyes was greeted with the bright shade of red in his closed periphery.

'What, is this the afterlife?' He internally mocked himself. But it wouldn't even matter anyway. But he can make out a conclusion, he died.

And now, he doesn't know where he is currently. Curiosity coursed his entire being, he opened his eyes as he gazed upon the forest clearing that surrounded his periphery.

Not even an announcment but, he was now in another world.
