*Asura's POV*

"Fuck my pants are torn," I said looking down at my piece of clothing being turned into rags even as I tried to avoid the stakes of wood around me as I stood up.

The wolf pelt was thick so it didn't get hurt at all but my pants looked like cleaning clothes now.

"Well, nothing to do but change." I shrugged and pulled out another pair of pants from my inventory.

"Ooh, eeh oo aa aa Bing Bang wanna wanna Bing Bang ooh..." I hummed along carefully removing the clothes.

"Maybe I'll make a great dinner for Inosuke tonight. He probably is surviving on acorns." I thought out loud.

*Clank*

" Ahh," I shouted and picked up the nearest stake of wood.

*Splash*

*Bam*
And proceeded to lodge the demon's head into the wall.

"Ahhh bastard!" It cried out in rage.

"Yeah, yeah hang on I'll be there in a minute," I answered adjusting my pants.

" Next time, remember to knock," I said as the demon looked at me incredulously as I slowly walked over.

"Wai-!"

"Don't sneak up on people in your next life," I said cutting its body into small parts. The decapitation had its discrepancies. I had encountered demons that did not die from simple decapitation and had to be mince meat before they turned to ash.

"Now where did my brother go?" I said looking around and started walking around the mansion.

There were a lot more demons than I was expecting, I even found a room full of musical sheets from the tambourine demon and decided to keep them. It was good music anyway.

Finally, after what felt like hours of searching I met up with a fucked up Haku and a pristine Zenitsu.

"What happe-" I began but Haku cut me off with a stare.

"Do Not ask me," Haku said looking traumatized as I looked between him and a scared Zenitsu.

"Any of you found the kid?" I asked and they shook their heads.

A couple of minutes later we found the kid hanging out with Tanjiro who was pressing a bruised rib.

"You fought a demon too?" I asked surprised. There were more than the original 3 demons here?

"There were 3," Tanjiro answered hoarsely with shallow breaths.

"Let's just go," Zenitsu suggested.

"Okay, we have the kid let's find Inosuke," I said and followed the sound of maniacal laughter.

It didn't take long to find my brother who had apparently killed a demon too.

"So I won huh?" Inosuke said laughing.

"I killed two," I answered as we started moving to the exit.

"But mine was this big," Inosuke said stretching out his hands.

"One of mine was a former lower moon," I said cracking my knuckles and stretching my sore fingers.

"That doesn't count."

"It absolutely does. Now let's Mon-" I immediately became the focus of a glare.

"I mean let's get Tanjiro to some help. We've done enough to deserve some rest." I said as we turned corners to see the exit.

" A lifetime of rest." Zenitsu joined in.

" Not sure about a lifetime but a few days of rest would be nice." Haku chirped, yawning.

" Let's get out of here first!" The kid joined in too still scared.
" We will kiddo." I answered even though the guy was like a couple of years younger than me. You could see the frustration on his face.

*Bam*

"Where is my meal going!" A demon broke through the wall and blocked our way to the exit.

"What? You were sleeping or something? You didn't hear us fighting your demon brothers? You lazy fuck." I shouted not interested in fighting another big ball of meat.

The demon looked between us and found all of us except Zenitsu unimpressed by his entrance.

" I'll show you! Blood demon art!" The demon began gathering mass and becoming visibly larger.

" We talking size huh? Fenris!" I shouted.

*Wrack*

The rooftop of the Mansion was gone and we had Fenris staring at us and the frightened demon.
Sunlight started to pour in and the demon started to truly panic.

"Wait I'll go back!" He shouted ready to run.

"Zenitsu give me your bow," I asked and Zenitsu started sweating.

"What do you mean you broke it? Goddamit. Haku give me yours." I grabbed Haku's bow and punctured holes in the demon's neck the size of fists. It was a big target so easy for me to hit.

'God I just want this day to end already.' I thought shaking my head even as the siblings reunited.

"We should bury the dead," Tanjiro asked and I sighed.

"Okay everyone get to work," I said a bit saddened. I hadn't saved everyone, even with revival it was a tough decision to leave people for the dead. I knew deep down I couldn't ever save everyone, I didn't have enough blood for the world to heal and I certainly didn't have enough strength to bring back the world's dead.

Somewhere in the back of my head, a voice spoke.
"I can never be conquered."
