The only detail that you could watch out for is that you can connect the sentences more, for example: He opened the door. Walked to the hall. Drank some tea. OR He opens the door, walking to the hall as he drank some tea. Is just something little that happens sometimes.

Bem, acabei de ler, então vamos lá *estalando dedos*:
Seu inglês na maior parte está correto, em questões gramaticais ou tempo verbal, contudo há muitos erros de digitação (misspelling), o que eu também tenho no meu, por isso eu aconselho a escrever no word, utilizar a correção dele (acho que tem que instalar o inglês) e para finalizar usar um programa chamado Gramarly, ele encontra erros que o word não acha, e eles se completam muito bem (mas não é 100%)
Quanto a história ainda esta bem no começo mas parece ser interessante, eu gosto bastante de isekais com personagens não humanos, o que seria interessante é tentar introduzir mais o mundo, descrever o lugar (o que é difícil por ser em inglês), e o que eu acho mais difícil é manter uma personalidade marcante no personagem principal, pois até agora ele ainda não foi construído (normal, está no começo) mas é bom se atentar para não ficar muito genérico, introduzir um toque seu :D
Mas o mais importante, já que você está escrevendo em inglês, é não desistir. Não é fácil, tem bastante coisa para aprender, mas não perca o foco, leia bastante livros em inglês, aumente seu vocabulário, e arrase ヽ(o♡o)/
