I found a series on Amazon that is disturbingly simillar to your own.
It is called Demon DIY.
It is eerilly simillar.
I'm rather certain it is just a for profit rewriting of your story HFHM.
Decrepit fixer upper, first girl he meets is a Nymph, but she is sitting on the lip of the fountain.
He even puts his foot through one of the stairs as he is making his way into the domicile for the first time.
I'm aware of it. I know a couple of people who read the book and thought it was similar, but sounds like future books diverge heavily.
As long as it isn't obvious infeingement, I don't mind... I think I started reading your work around chapter 20, so when a friend of mine pointed it out, I looked, and got mildly irritated.
