So I got word from my illustrator friend that they have the bandwidth for a new commission from me. That will be a new cover for Hatched and used for the rewrite.

Currently the plan:

1. Finish Hatched (~100k words)

2. Start posting next series. It's being drafted now, 1st chapter will come out alongside Hatched Finale

3. Finish rewriting Hatched, currently working on:

-tighten up pt1/bring quality up to pt2 levels at least

-fix weak Tali/Vander subplot

-fix timeskips/PoVs

4. Release Hatched Rewrite

When I woke, I did not think I'd be on the front page trending. This is not something I expected for the entirety of my story, but am so grateful for.

To my existing reader base, thank you for reading, it's literally thanks to your decision to give your time to my story that many people may be clicking my series for the first time.

Week by week readers may know that I wanted to do an extra chapter this past week, and also missing this week's chapter.

Well, I've had a headache for about 5 days, and also Palworld, sorry. But the next chapter will be out as soon as its done, and its about 3/4s of the way there. Now that I can sit upright again (and captured a legendary ice pegasus) I can write, and finish this chapter!

I’m sorry to say, but no chapter this week due to again the holiday season, and pain issues. That said, I fully intend to be back with the next chapter next week to wrap up this part.

Sorry for the delay on this weeks chapter. It should be going up today, the holiday season messed me up a little :P

My chapters are typically around 2000-2500, but with the next chapter being smut (which I want to be skippable), I also want to give readers some story. I'm considering making Saturday "Smuturday"! I would release two chapter that are a bit smaller. Smut on "Smuturday" and story for normal Monday.

I don't have a ton of followers, but those that are here, make yourselves heard! Thoughts? 

For any of my readers wondering where the next chapter is. I am moving my chapter releases to Mondays to coincide better with my weekly schedule. In the future, I will try and put these kinds of updates in the chapter itself, but things change quickly and my job comes first. I thank you for your patience

I'm already well into chapter 5. Writing from Tali PoV much easier

I'm making it a goal to get my first three chapters out this week before settling into a more manageable cadence. The second is done, only waiting for a friend to take a look first, and the third chapter draft is like 2/3rds done.
