After realizing how poorly written the first two chapters of I Reincarnated as the Tragic Heroine of a Superhero Novel was, I decided revise both chapters. 
I'll be sure to spend more time writing and revising my chapters in the future. But thanks to @john.mainer for pointing out the fl's lack of impression after two whole chapters. I might not be the greatest author, but I'll do my best going onward!
Keep going. There are good elements to the story already there. It is just that I have always been driven by characters. Invest me in the character, and you can hold me through any amount of necessary world building, or any plot required rough patch. Make me care about the characters, and I will be in for the whole ride.
