That's a new one on me... My opinion is that as a title it works even without knowing that, it's not hyper-specific or over-the-top but feels enough like wordplay that it's interesting.  The issue is expressing the intended meaning in the synopsis without spoiling it.

Though, now that I think about it, does that mean the whole acoustic / doesn't-have-electronic-devices pun was accidental?

Well acoustic music is essentially music that doesn't use electronic instruments... well, probably more technical than that, but close enough.
