In path of the pioneers is sybil a trans female what i mean by that is a biological guy to a girl and is there any magic involved to give her a female look and parts if that is the case. Because I don't think there is ever a full description of her. 
I haven't delved super deeply into this in the story (but I will eventually!) but Sybil is trans, yes. She was born as a boy, but is now a girl through more arcane means.
