Just an update: I know I haven't been posting a lot recently but I've been working on both novels when I have time and I've made a lot of progress on the first drafts for both. Thank you for your patience!
Sorry for the long hiatus! This year has been full of emergent things demanding my attention. Rest assured I'm still working on New Developments and Wartide, and will have more to release soon ~
New Developments Book Two: The Lost and Empty Continent coming next month!
Chapters may be released a little slower due to irl difficulties and also some of these chapters are more robust than those in the first book.
Book One of New Developments is complete! And yes, it ends on a cliffhanger. Book Two: The Lost and Empty Continent will begin serializing either next month or the month after, since my life has gotten a lot busier since I started. Also Book One should available on itch.io, and hopefully in physical form, sometime later this summer!
Update: my life has become more difficult due to the effects of, y'know, living under a rightwing authoritarian government that hates us. I'm going to try to keep releasing New Developments a chapter a month. I may have to take a break after chapter 13 (end of Vol1). I was hoping to do the same w/ Wartide but it's just not happening, so the release is going to be more uneven.
