Just finished the first draft of Chapter 32 of Subclasses. Expect to see it here in about a week!
Finally getting back to writing new content again for the first time since April. Just submitted Subclasses Ch. 31 to Literotica. After a week or so of feedback and editing, I’ll post the better version here and to AO3. Release schedule will be sporadic, but more than it has been.
Chapter twelve is short, so I'm posting two chapters this evening. Who needs better judgment anyway, amirite?
Not gonna lie, it's been hard to hold myself to my two-a-week publishing schedule when I have nineteen more chapters just waiting to be posted.
I've been editing chapters 25-30 all day and am really excited to share them. But, I know if I dump them all at once, my novel's overall visibility will drop significantly and the readers I have might get impatient for me to finish new material.
It takes me about two days to write a chapter and five more to get it good enough to publish to Literotica. Then it takes another month of back-burner editing while I work on new chapters before I'm satisfied with it enough to post it here and on AO3. Honestly, I should probably reduce the rate to one chapter per week, but I don't have that kind of restraint.
Publishing Chapter 11 of Subclasses 9 hours early because I feel like it.
