I'm pretty new to writing and everything. I'm mostly just exploring my hobby and hoping to learn and grow with everyone.
So, I am working on Help! Our healer is a necromancer!
However, the chapters will be a bit delayed for a bit. Not on hiatus. My writing has just slowed down to work on certain things involved with it.

I am placing Arlyiss on hold for the time being. I've encountered some fairly massive writers block. I appreciate the time that everyone had taken to read through it so far.
In the meantime, I've been working on another project that is completely different. It is a comedy series and I hope everyone will enjoy it.

In a way, a necromancer is a healer. They heal you from death, they cure you of mortality, they restore your soul and repair your bones. All in line with the definition.
Why, a necromancer in more scientifically inclined stories is a true doctor! Performing surgery is something they do best~! In fact, not even death can stop them-- true miracle workers, I must say.
@C.Sunlight With some necromancers they don't or can't completely restore a soul into a body.
True, but they can do all the other healer-y stuff. I do like debating things like this, but there's, unfortunately, no point because it's so specific that it widely differs from novel to novel.

Chapter 5 of Arlyiss has dropped.
Will Arlyiss get pregnant from what that horrible guy did to her? i really hope she doesn't get pregnant because of that guy, she should be able to have a baby if and when she wants to.
I don't have any plans to make Arlyiss pregnant. But, everything that happened and has happened will affect her deeply and personally.
i know that part, i just wanted to know if she would have a kid because of what happened to her.

At some point. I will probably either rewrite/re-edit Arlyiss to make the tone and phrase match throughout the story. The first chapter sounds really different from the later chapters because I wrote them at completely different times with a lot of time in-between.
At any rate, if you can overlook the flaws for now, I hope that you will enjoy the story.
