Hiya, sorry about the radio silence.

Long story short, I've run into a series of roadblocks with writing.  I just haven't been able to get into the right mindset when i sit down to write.  I very much enjoy telling stories about the characters that live in my world.  Tracy's especially has been getting a lot of development and such.  But telling a story to a stranger and punching the words into a document are two very different situations.

We have hit another roadblock.  I have chapters planted until late July with the regular releases.  Some for dark vii, some for other projects.  At this point, I feel that Dark Vii is going to benefit most from a change in approach and a refinement of the political landscape inside the root facility.  To do this, both the main cast and some side characters are going to need to be put under the microscope.

I'm glad to have so much breathing room these days.

I did not expect this.  Dark Vii has taken a second wind, and the buffer has doubled the length of the current releases.  I managed to get past a bottle neck and create a few options going forward.  The road may not be as long as expected, but it is alive.  Perhaps sturdy enough to open another arc?

One step at a time.

Dark Vii has unfortunately reached its expiration date.  The last chapters are slated to release on the 20th, 5th, and 20th of may.  I am not hopeful that I will be able to extend the plot any further.  I might be able to make a breakthrough with storyboarding, but I've not managed to do so with other titles of mine.

My hope was to progress the story and meet up with elements of the canonic timeline.  Unfortunately, I haven't learned to to relieve pressure through direct antagonists yet.

I've run into an interesting new problem.  I've had no issues developing content for Dark Vii, however - with regards to chapter six - I'm not sure what direction to take the story first.  another much more familiar issue is that I'm having trouble with continuity.  Developing plot devices in such a way that they flow naturally and without squandering the timeline.

So many stories...  The truth is, a novel is made for an audience.  I haven't met mine yet, but i continue to grow.  My writing and my characters have developed much.  I look forward to the day I can explore those horizons further.

New spike of fanfiction coming up.  Demo is being release in the general drafts this month.

I have three segments set to come out during the first half of January in the hopes that I'll find another source of motivation along the way.  Here's to the new year.

I do not plan for much at this point, but I've recently come across some sound advice.  That whether or not i feel up to it, when i feel something, I do.  I am not sure how long that advice will hold me, however I am grateful for what it has brought in the meantime.

We're baaaack.  Writing brain is back in the ring.  Fanfiction is picking up the torch.  Original content is on the back-burner ATM, but that's been the whale of my attentions by way of roleplay.  I make no promise to the when, but that should be making an appearance down the line.

This spring has been a chaotic one.  Irregular schedules and a budding social life have reserved the majority of my attentions.  My writing habits have started to reap the rewards though.  It will be a few weeks before I'm back with regular updates, however I'm optimistic that the stories will be moving forward on top of the usual refinements.

I must have chickened out earlier, because I meant to post an update regarding my hiatus.  Since the buffer ran out, I took a break from writing.  I started roleplaying with someone in June, which has developed into a storyline of its own.   Once I have enough built up to reload the buffer, I'll be able to start posting regular updates.

I made a bit of an oversight recently, and posted a number of chapters ahead of schedule.  While this might look like extra content, it means the buffer I'm using is almost gone.  I will see about other projects that I can bring up the chain, but there is a very real possibility that I will miss a few of my regular postings.
