The problem with his Akashic records order points cost is that the cost is so high, so he mentions it even when it has a relatively low cost, because of the difference. The order points are mentioned because it is a limiter. Everyone in the commentsbis always like why doesn't he just ask his Akashic skill. So the cost is pointed out when he doesn't then the lower cost is pointed out when he can to show the difference.
Back when he didn't have a reliable source to gain order points the cost for even checking the Destiny lists were mentioned. But it economies of scale when a few order points really didn't make a dent in his account he stop mentioning the cost to check the Destiny lists.
If same fracture on world costs about ad much as checking a Destiny list, he probably wouldn't mention it.
Sir @Akaichi, in chapter 129 it is mentioned that Oliver got an identification/Appraisal skill through which he is collecting Artefacts to sell but in chapter 153 in his appraisal no such skill is shown please correct it

If skills can be used by other techniques while skipping authority then shouldn't victor have been affected by Caspian's plague curse array in the wedding and Margret's soul should have gotten eaten by those demons sorcerers in that S rank dungeon
That plague curse was an array remember a technique not a skill so it should have affected victor and then how was victors Authority able to protect Margret's soul from being eaten by those demon sorcerers in that dungeon
It's like you can only speak in absolutes. Every skill originated from a technique that wad originally not a skill with a system assist. It doesn't mean there is not interplay with the current existence of skills an authority. The point is it isn't 1 more authority equals nullifies all techniques that are authority based. This had been proven..
Margaret's being saved from her soul being devoured wasn't simply because Victor's mark had 1 more authority than the demon trying to devour it. He essentially had infinite more authority than it but also he applied art to her soul that exists outside of the system
