Demons in Hell, the Angels in Heaven
Fae on Gaia, with gods two and eleven.
Humans on Earth, their lives overblown,
Beyond lies the Cosmos, and the Void unknown.
Forced God, Satan, and Gaia the fair,
Upon five poor souls, unenviable trials to bear.

One Iron Hound saw the red roses bloom.
One Lead Hound saved another world from doom.
One Steel Hound shed his faith for love.
One Silver Hound brought the heavens down from above.
One Gunmetal Hound lost himself to war.
Five collared Hounds, all fated for more.

When they that is nothing, and all else besides,
Takes interest in mortals and finally decides,
To pull those Hounds from their lives of pain,
And pit them against that diabolical Chain.
The world turns in circles, as does time,
An ever turning cycle, how simply sublime.

All ends. All begins. Enough to make one frown.
