I was a big fan of your story, before it was rewritten for Phoenix Magician, I wanted to know what caused your decision to change the story and if there will be characters similar to the old ones, I liked the sisters who were part of the protagonist's group.
The sisters still exist, just in a different form. Mostly, just not a lot of traction on the story and publishers that looked at it deemed it too dark, there was also some stuff not happening fast enough.
Although, looking back at the story, I might just put revolt back up but cut a portion of the story and revise it so it gets to the Mercenary arc faster before he becomes a noble.
Will the next book for cautious Hero be seperate from the stubbed one? I'm assuming it will be since you deleted it
book 1 n book 2 are being added together for a full novel. Third season will start soon on RR tho
