I somehow made it past 100 chapters. Woo!

Boreas POV

Apparently, that mage escaped back using a machine to contact the other side after torturing Matt, and it was also revealed that they knew of the reincarnation thing...the most shocking thing though...after we got home, where Isabella just gave everyone a hug, Matt remembered that they said that the leader of their organization was supposedly also a hero also, which wouldn't make sense...unless it's the goddess' former assistant. the Craven before Craven, only they could live that long.

"So since they have gone back, should we go back now?" Laurel asked

"Can I at least visit some people first? Eve and Matt haven't either, we just want to check up on em if we can."

"Right, I keep forgetting that you guys were from here...just asking...can you turn into an elf?"

"I can use star magic and turn into a werewolf, of course, I can turn into an elf...why? You prefer elves over humans?"

"Yes."

"Can you turn into a dragon? Please? Please?" Jett pleaded

"For the 4th time, no, I like my human self."

"But we can be dragons together! Can't you ask the other 2 to do that?"

"But I like you more than the other humans!"

"Someday, but not today, I need to rest, it's lucky that those mages didn't work out and purely relied on their rank 10 bodies for their physical strength, or we'll be toast."

"Say, can't you buy me a house?" Henry asked as we were on our flight

I went back to Brazil and flew him and Sister Francine back to the States for our supposed reunion, I offered to fly his family over, but he didn't want them to miss school, so it was just them 2 for now, it's also their first time on first class and they plan on exploiting it to its limit, since we basically got unlimited access to a lot of premium items.

"You want one? Sure, I got the money."

"Kidding, it's going to be hard to explain to people, especially during tax season."

"Can't I just leave you a bunch of expensive accessories for you to sell if you need money?"

"That can work but don't leave too much...I might get greedy, and just donate to my work, the higher-ups can handle that way better than I can."

"Who knew you could be so selfless, I remember you joking about charities every time we were at the store."

"Oh yeah, that stupid rounding up for charity thing...I still do when we're back home, like...why ask people to do that when you're making millions or billions in profit, pay that yourself instead of taking it from people, and I'd always advise people to just donate directly to charitable organizations."

"You came a long way."

"You went the opposite way, you went from being falsely accused of cheating to actually being a lustful man."

"Lustful? You clearly don't know Isabella well enough, she's way too...horny."

"Language." Sister Francine chided

"Yeah, and I don't want to know about your sex life with your stupid harem...lucky bastard."

"Lucky? You mean unfaithful." Sister Francine corrected

"Oh no, I'm lucky, I'm dating a few of the most beautiful women in the world."

"You want another lecture?"

"No."

"Then act less proud while I'm here, or I'll pray for you to break up."

"Shouldn't you wish for my happiness? Isn't that against the lord's teachings?"

"So is your existence, but like the lord, I tolerate it."

"Is that supposed to be a roast?"

Did I just get roasted? What? I'm confused.

"Are you going to become an actual detective this time?" Sister Francine asked, "You no longer have a criminal record this time, you're friends with one and you still have your skills in forensics...it could be a good job for you."

"It can be, but currently, my main priority is stopping the blood ravens and kill the demon lord."

"Kill is a bad word."

"Well, that's what he's planning to do to the rest of the world, so I'm going to have to terminate him first."

"Fair."

When we got back to the States, I just let Henry do the contacting as we prepared the venue and plane tickets for the others, from what they told me, 15 people agreed to come, which was nice, and it was done after a day or 2. With the organization and preparation done, I just went to see my parents. I walked through the cemetery, it had been years since I last visited, but the memories were still fresh as if time had stood still. The two headstones stood side by side, just as they had in life. My parents had always been inseparable, and even in death, they were together.

Lee Silver and Gloria Silver.

"Hey, Mom. Hey, Dad, it's been a while." I then crouched down, placing a tub of ice cream on each grave, "I brought your favorite. Mom, here's your vanilla, and Dad, your chocolate. I remember how you used to fight over who got the last scoop. You two were ridiculous. And these...because you could never agree on which one was better. You were both so stubborn.""

I then placed apple juice right next to Mom and orange juice next to Dad's.

"I know you probably worried about me, especially after what happened...you weren't there...but...I mean, you weren't there to see it, but you probably had some sense that something went wrong. It's not every day your kid dies and then...well, doesn't. As I just said, I found people...A lot of people, actually. Weird, wonderful, frustrating people who somehow made this whole mess worth it. And I'm doing well. I've found a purpose, something worth fighting for. You don't have to worry about me anymore. I'm still here, still fighting.

"I'm really sorry that I haven't been around. But I wanted you to know that I'm okay. Really, I am. Life's thrown some pretty crazy stuff my way, but I'm handling it. And I know you two always wanted the best for me, always worried about me, but you can rest easy now. I've got this. And you know, it's not all bad. Sure, there are days when I think I might lose my mind, but then there are days when I laugh so hard my sides hurt. I've met people who are like family to me now, and yeah, I guess I've even found love...or something close to it. It's complicated, as always.

"You'd like them, I think...They've got my back, and I've got theirs. We're a team, just like we were. I guess I'm still the same weird kid you always knew. You'd tell me stories, remember? And you'd indulge all my crazy ideas. I used to think you were humoring me, but now…now I get it. You were letting me be me, and I can't thank you enough for that. I wish you were here to see everything. To see how far I've come, to meet the people who've become my family. But I know you're watching, wherever you are.

"I promise, if we ever meet again, I'll tell you all my stories. Every single one. You'd get a kick out of them, I think. And who knows, maybe I'll get to hear some new ones from you too. Thanks for everything. For the stories, for indulging my weirdness, for being my parents. I miss you. But I'm okay. You don't have to worry about me anymore. Take care of each other, okay? I'll be back soon...I promise."
