“Found them,” After a few moments of searching, his gaze fell upon a collection of books dedicated to potion brewing and herbs, and Orion’s heart quickened as he swiftly pulled them out.

The covers of the books were worn out and weathered due to years of neglect, but Orion wasn’t bothered by this.

He needed to make sure that the books were the ones he needed, So he scanned through a few pages and his lips stretched into a smile, feeling satisfied with the books.

He swiftly cradled the tomes in his arms and hurried to a nearby table before placing them gently on the table.

Then he sat down, and the orbs above him brightened even more as they cast a bright glow over the table and the pages of the books before him.

Although Orion had a lot of potion-brewing recipes swirling around in his head, the reason he decided to visit the library first before brewing a cure for Lucretia and Mia’s illness was that he needed to obtain a basic understanding of the ingredients he needed for the potion.

Orion needed to ensure that he wouldn't miscalculate the quantity of ingredients when making the cure. He also needed to know what each ingredient was for and what each of them was capable of doing before heading over to the alchemy room.

Since Orion had decided to treat this world as his new reality, he knew certain things wouldn’t be as easy as they were in the game, which was why he had to be cautious and well-prepared before deciding to brew the cure.

With this in mind, Orion delved into the books. His mind was so focused on what he was doing that he didn’t even notice when someone sneaked into the library.

Lilith was currently hiding behind a bookshelf, watching as her master become completely immersed in his reading.

It had been a long time since she had seen her master display an interest in something other than reading stories together with his little sister. Although, she couldn’t help but wonder why Orion had a sudden interest in visiting the library.

‘Why would young master visit the library?’ She wondered with her eyes locked on him as she watched what he was doing from a safe distance.

‘Is he interested in finding a new book to read with the princess?’

‘But, it’s been weeks since they last read anything together.’

‘Could this be the reason why he is interested in finding something new that they haven’t read together?’

‘Hmmm, should I help him find the books he needs or should I just stay here?’ Several thoughts spiraled through her mind on whether or not she should help Orion, but as she continued to spy on him, Lilith suddenly realized something.

‘How did young master walk all the way here by himself ?’ Lilith wondered to herself, considering the fact that Orion had a weak body and was supposed to be bedridden for a long time.

But since she had no answer to this question, she decided to continue watching her master silently.

Lilith had crimson-colored hair, blue eyes and a beautiful curvaceous body hidden underneath her maid gown.

If anyone had told her that they saw Orion leaving his room to walk into the library on his own, Lilith would have definitely not believed such a person.

This was because she knew Orion's body was quite weak, so he would have found it very difficult to walk all the way to the library on his own, but here he was, sitting comfortably on a chair as he immersed himself in the books in front of him.

This was a scene many would have deemed impossible if they weren’t here to witness this with their own eyes.

Moreover, ever since his mother passed away, Orion had never visited the library.

He never had any interest in reading books as well but he always had a soft spot for his sister and would read stories with her.

The reason why Orion never showed any interest in reading books was that it always reminded him of the time he spent with his mother in his room when she taught him how to read and write. But, because he never wanted to see his sister sad, he developed the courage to read stories with her.

Meanwhile, Lilith still couldn’t believe what she was seeing. It felt like a dream seeing Orion showing interest in reading again, but even with what she was seeing, Lilith still wanted to get closer to him to know what exactly he was reading.

However, She didn’t want Orion to notice her presence, hence why she was contemplating staying where she was or returning to her room because she didn’t want to disturb his concentration.

‘Should I wait a bit more or return to my bedroom?’ Lilith wondered what to do next, but she didn’t know that Orion had noticed her presence already.

With his senses now heightened, Orion was able to easily notice the presence of someone else entering the library.

He swiftly turned around and noticed Lilith’s head poking out from a bookshelf, but Lilith immediately pulled her head back to avoid making eye contact with him.

However, it was too late and Orion had spotted her already.

His lips widened into a smile before he opened his mouth to ask. “How long do you intend on hiding?”

Lilith’s eyes widened in surprise the moment she heard him utter those words. ‘He saw me?’

She was certain she had pulled her head back really quickly. Besides, she had been very discreet when entering the library in order to make sure he didn't notice her presence.

Her strength and speed far exceeded that of Orion, So how did Orion find out she was in the library with him?

Lilith wasn’t sure how Orion knew she was also in the library, but she didn’t want to keep hiding so as not to upset her young master.

Lilith slowly walked out from behind the bookshelf where she had been hiding, but to her surprise, Orion was suddenly standing before her.

‘Huh? When did he…?’
