Excessive apologies for the massive delay. Been quite busy and have run into some writer's block on picking which story ark I want to run after I finish this one. Some good news! I have picked a new artist to draw up the book cover and hope to have it soon. I also want to get some ideas from the book's fans on what ark you guys want next out of the ones I have been tinkering with, they will all eventually be in the story I just can't decide on which order I want to put them in currently so I'll turn to your input in the form of the poll below! I will have it close in two weeks and post the closing chapters of this ark starting either this or next weekend, depending on if the poll shows a clear winner on the next ark I can post sooner as I won't have to wait that long between ending this ark and starting the next one.
Again, super sorry about not posting in forever, and thanks so much to all of you who enjoy this book and who stuck around through my silence.

I will always vote for more crafting.

A fine choice! That and the adventuring ark were in the top spots in my personal battle but since I was taking so long to decide I had the idea to put it up to vote and force myself the choose. Thanks for sticking around while I was away! Hope you enjoy the upcoming chapters!

Aw, I have caught up anyways he shall craft the finest Weapons and Armor also why do I feel like their primary diety will be the smith god...
The Gods in this world do not require or care about worship so the Fey don't typically consider the Gods outside of events where they receive a blessing or feel like discussing the topic for some reason. The mortal races do have some loose form of worship, usually in a personal manner and not in the congregate in a building way. The reason is that the Gods are not active in any way, they are purely reactive. You get a blessing after performing a feat of sufficient skill or renown and the Gods bless you, or the object in the case of most crafting feats, as a form of acknowledgment. I will have a Glossary added eventually on the study of the Gods from the mortal perspective.
@coldpyr0 in other words they are lazy
@dragonscomith Oh no, they do their jobs. Their jobs just do not involve coddling or interfering with the planetside races. They grant blessings as more of a reward for the person in question achieving something new or unique as a way to encourage progress for reasons related to hidden aspects of the system that controls the world. They are closely related to the system, much like the High Fey.
@coldpyr0 Let me guess. These are sim worlds and they recruit exceptional individuals to live as citizens in the 'real world'. Part of that is having worlds grow technologically on their own until they match the 'real world'. Such advanced worlds mean that they need to do less screening for if individuals can handle the culture shock, since the difference would be minimal. They can just pluck the people they want. Exceptional individuals from less advanced worlds get isekai'd so that they can help uplift other worlds or get sent to a slightly more advanced world as an imposed challenge to see if they can keep up and become exceptional in the new world as well. The other reason for being isekai'd is to give disillusioned dreamers a second shot, on the off chance that they are exceptional in a different setting. That guy wanted to be a wizard, but his world doesn't have any magic? Well let's send him to a world with magic and see if he can figure it out.
@0xFFF1 Our MC was isekai'd by a God not from this world. There are different levels to a God's power, the Gods of this world can only interact with this world, hence why they couldn't stop our MC from being created even if they wanted to, the hierarchy of life does put them above him but someone above them put him there. Also, it isn't a simulation but the local Gods are closely bound to the local system as moderators you could say. Not a huge spoiler, so I will say that the system was created with the world and its God's at the same time. Local Gods are born with or from the world they are attached to, a cosmic God above them either directly created them and their world, created a world and let local Gods form naturally or they just let worlds and Gods form on their own. Depends on the Cosmic God and their way of doing things.
