I considered for a while the possibility of Sakuya-Hinata-Kiba, but since team 8 was basically just all trackers, putting Sakuya there wouldn't make sense, though had I gone down the Hana route I likely would have done it anyway.

Worth noting that just because Sakuya is on a team with Anko, doesn't mean Sakura and Sasuke will still end up together, in fact it's very unlikely. Due to Sakuyas existence, Naruto doesn't have the same obsession with either Sakura or Sasuke so should Sasuke abandon the village, then Naruto won't be willing to help Sasuke just to make Sakura happy and he also won't be preventing Sasuke from getting a kill order to prevent the Sharingan ending up in Orochimaru's hands.
