“I could go out there and kick him off of the balcony with force” said Serena.

“Please, don’t. You’ll have to pay invalidity pension if you do” said Rasputtin

“Well, there doesn’t seem to be that much of a big problem if we let him be” said Emma.

“Aside from the fact that he stabbed me with a spear and strangled Mikhail” complained Bold

“It was a joke. A jojoke, you see” said Rasputtin. 

Bold looked curiously at Rasputtin as he stuck his ugly face on the window.

“He’s features are ugly and gross but his sense of humor is highly refined. I wouldn’t mind letting him join” said Bold.

“I guess I can’t disagree with that. Except the part about him joining” mumbled Mikhail.

“I’m not very familiar with this man. But don’t forget that we need 18 people to lock the shelter hidden in the leaves” said Vlad.

“Ugh, why do you even need to lock it? It is hidden in the leaves right? ” grumbled Mikhail.

“Wait a minute. Isn’t that a mother fricking reference to Na-” asked Bold but Vlad cut him off and said:

“Cause it isn’t just us who got that map of riddle. It’s very possible that other people, good or bad willed will try to use that place. It’s very important to lock the shelter for total security”

“I dunno, sounds like we’ll be the ones trapped in there. And with him no less” said Mikhail and looked towards the balcony with irritation. 

Rasputin gave out a despaired cry and wailing outside.

“Didn’t know you were the one to be so cold, I thought you were a forgiving person” said Amanda with a bit of sarcasm in her tone. 

“Yeah, what happened to the the past is the past attitude” said Diego. 

The words made Mikhail’s eyes widen and he quietly stared into the ceiling while rubbing his chin. Finally, making his decision Mikhail nodded. 

“Fine fine. If you guys want to let him stay I don’t have any objection. But just so you know. Existence is angry towards him through me. I am just a witness to it”

Bold’s eyes widened at that statement.

Wha-what did he just talk about?

“Ahh…what did you just say?” asked Vlad with concern. 

“Nah, it was nothing special. Just keep an eye out on him, okay?”

A smirk appeared on Mikhail’s face. But Bold…he was not having it.

Didn’t he say something weird similar to it back in the arcades too?  

“Yes. Woohoo. Can I sleep on one of your beds tonight?” asked Rasputtin. 

“No” replied everyone towards him.             

“As for going to that place, staying there, and locking ourselves up. I dunno, to throw away your freedom like that. I personally don’t like it. It just feels like prison” said Mikhail.

“Oh, what are you saying? It’s just a way to defend ourselves against the waves” said Amanda.

“Yeah. Funny thing about security is that you can only be secure in a prison. No one can get in and no one can get out” said Mikhail coldly.  

“Hey, don’t worry. The lock is gonna automatically open once the wave finishes. It’s not gonna kill you if you stay there for a bit” said Vlad.     

“What do you guys think?” asked Mikhail while eyeing everyone else.

“I’m willing to go. Afterall, we did get randomly attacked three times today” said Bold.

“Yeah. As soon as the wave started too. Unbelievable” added Thompson. 

“Wait, come to think of it. How the hell did that happen? Rasputtin was at the door as soon as the wave started. And Chloe was hiding in the woody garden too” said Diego with confusion in his voice.

“Oh, I got my mission message during midnight” said Rasputtin from the balcony.

“Wait, really?” asked Bold with a surprise.

“Yeah, we did too” said Vlad and Natalia supported him with a nod.

“Oh, so I guess Chloe did too?” asked Thompson.

“That seems likely. Those bastards. They really did want some players to be completely unaware” said Mikhail.

“Yeah” said Amanda.                  

“Anyone here have any counter arguments? A reason why we shouldn’t head out to the shelter? If not, I think we should decide upon the time that we should move out” said Vlad.

Seeing as how no one raised their voice Vlad smiled and turned to Mikhail.
