Thorn stood there, not moving a muscle.

When looking at the people approaching he didn't react in any way.

He was completely lost. He didn't believe what he had just done.

He didn't believe he had just destroyed the tower.

He didn't feel as bad as he should be.

The first person who arrived slashed his blade but was blown back by a powerful wind.

"Stop"

The wind came from an old, slim man.

The old man stood still with his palm extended.

"Even if he has committed an unforgivable sin, has offended our ancestor, and deserves to be dead In my village there won't' be an execution without a trial. If you don't like that than fight me"

The person was the village chief.

The dragon scales were gone and the muscles weren't budging anymore.

He now looked like and ordinary weak old man.

He looked tired.

Narrator:

"He stopped the stones from hurting us"

"The chief is mighty."

"Even if he is tired he will beat you with one finger."

The people stopped. They didn't want a beating.

 Chief: "Kid, choose your words carefully! If you make any mistakes you will die dead. Why did you destroy the tower"

Thorn stayed silent.

Another person came out of the crowd and spoke instead: "I know the reason." 

Narrator: "Thomas's father"

"Fat dragon insignia"

"One of the four counselors"

"The four counselors are just below the village chief in terms of power"

Thomas's father: "As soon as he entered the village he and his sister attacked John, the star of the awakening ceremony, saying that our great ancestor contract means s**t to them.

My son tried to protect him and Thorn attacked him instead.

As if that was not enough he destroyed our sacred monument

He lived in the wild for a long time. And yet instead of protecting this village, he wants to destroy it.

There is only one reason for this behavior. He and his sister are colluding with humans to bring down the village."

A huge chaos broke in the mob.

"No wonder"

"Those puny inferior humans!"

"They try to use those schemes because they can't beat us in a fair fight"

The mob looked at Thorn even more menacingly.

I started to hear Thorn's thoughts with Narrator.

"F**k, he planned this from the beginning."

Thomas appeared beside his dad.

"I am f**ked."

Thomas smiled sinisterly

"They won't believe anything I say."

The chief: "Thorn, how do you respond to those accusations."

At that moment a particular person appeared in the crowd and started to walk towards Thorn.

The people threw bad words and small objects at her but she didn't get hurt.

Rose kept walking till she sat down at Thorn's side and smiled at him.

"Even if I'll lose! I will fight"

Thorn shouted: "Talisman of truth"
