Hello, my name is Kiva, and I am a newbie when it comes to writing novels, so please excuse my amateur writing skills. I only have two reasons for writing: to make a story I like and to improve my writing skills.

Names of Magic are basically descriptions of what the spells are.. mostly
I'm thinking of giving it more range than just saying "Fireball" and that is what it is called so if 2 characters say "Firebolt" and "Blaze" they could basically just be using the same fire spell but they know the names differently

Mana Phenomena are basically a magical natural disaster... they can take different forms but the only constant among them is the high concentration of mana in a single place in a very short amount of time kinda like an explosion its not there, its there then its gone.
