Luna didn't talk much, but she always smiled politely and occasionally chatted with people around her. However, some people, especially Firm, noticed that whenever someone approached Mira, Luna would stare at them as if they would be in serious trouble if they got any closer to Mira. At one point, Luna and Mira's eyes met.
Luna quickly looked away, as if nothing had happened. She felt uncomfortable and sad inside. She wondered why they had to hide their relationship; now she couldn't even have Mira's full attention or keep away those who were clearly interested in her. Luna shook her head, worried that she might ruin Mira's carefully planned team lunch if she let her emotions take over. So, she took a deep breath, closed her eyes, and tried to calm down. She reasoned that Mira was just being polite and that they would have time alone together after lunch.
After calming down, Luna opened her eyes and smiled slightly. She thought that talking to Mira more wouldn't be weird since they were both presidents. When she turned to look for the right moment, she saw Mira surrounded by her employees, who were urging her to drink.
Luna’s expression darkened as jealousy surged within her. She tried to suppress it, but the knot in her stomach tightened. Standing up silently, her anger was evident. She walked over, pulled Mira away from the crowd, and dragged her to the bathroom without a word, startling everyone around.
Although they were worried about Luna's sudden anger and about Mira being dragged away out of nowhere, they could only wait, thinking that Mira would be okay and that Luna wouldn't do anything extreme out of anger. They look at each other with some understanding and silently prayed for Mira's safety, knowing Luna looked quite scary earlier, and they weren't brave enough to chase after them.
" Your President won't do anything to our President right?" Mira's employee 1 asked
Luna's employee 1 smile wryly," Ha-ha our boss is.. harmless," he answered with uncertainty

Mira, uncomfortable and surrounded, kept glancing at Luna's intense stare. She was worried Luna might get drunk since it was still noon, but she couldn't be rude, some of those people were Luna's employees, friendly but slightly tipsy. Whose idea is this anyway? Drinking alcohol at noon? I should talk to Assistant Shen about this ' she thought.
A few minutes later, Mira saw Luna looking at her. She couldn't help but smile when their eyes met but froze a second later. Luna looked scary, she didn't dare to move as she watch Luna next moves.
Mira swallowed hard, saying nothing as Luna pulled her into the bathroom and pushed her against the wall. Luna was clearly upset. Mira looked around, but then got flustered when Luna held her chin, forcing her to look into her eyes.
"I'm right here, and you're still looking around?" Luna's voice was sharp.
Mira shivered. She shook her head, whispering, "No, no."
"What? Scared of being seen with me?" Luna blurted out, all her feelings spilling over.
Mira was worried Luna had the wrong idea, so she hugged her. "No, silly! Why would I be scared? I just wanted some privacy."
Luna said nothing, but let Mira hold her. She calmed down a little, but still felt uneasy.
Mira hugged her tighter, stroking Luna's hair. "Baby, did I do something wrong?" she whispered.
Luna buried her face in Mira's neck. She actually doesn't know what Mira had done wrong and she just got angry. "You did nothing wrong," she said, "it's just... I feel uncomfortable when you smile and talk to others. You don't like talking much, yet you were talking to them. Those people obviously like you, but you still talked to them, and I don't like it." The words tumbled out, a rush of feelings she hadn't known how to express until now. She realized her girlfriend was being admired by many.
Mira's eyes widened and a smile appeared in her face as realized Luna was jealous. Luna looked up and saw Mira's smile, she playfully hit her shoulder.
"What's so funny?!" she demanded.
"Nothing.. pfft~" Mira couldn't help laughing, leaving Luna feeling a little helpless.
After a moment, Mira kissed Luna's forehead. "Baby, I'm happy."
"Happy?" Luna asked, confused.
Mira nodded, holding Luna's face.
Luna blushed, hiding her face again. "Why?"
"I don't know... maybe because my girlfriend's ridiculously jealous? It makes me happy."
"I'm possessive. Stay away from everyone else."
Mira smiled, but she didn't want any misunderstandings. "Look," she said, "earlier, when they asked about college, I just... I spaced out for a second. I was thinking about us, about that freshman orientation where we first met. It's kind of a funny memory, you know? I was so awkward, and you were so cool. That whole time, I was just remembering that."
"Really?" Luna's voice was thick with emotion.
Mira nodded, squeezing Luna's hand. "And I talked to them because.. well, they're your coworkers. I wanted to make a good impression, you know? I'm not great at socializing, especially about personal stuff. I just.. I wanted them to like me, so they wouldn't think badly of you because of me." She paused, a little embarrassed. "It's probably a silly reason, but it's true."
"Silly," Luna murmured, her voice softening. "Why do you care what they think? It's what I think that matters. Just because they're my coworkers doesn't mean you have to be nice to them." She paused, then added, more softly, "I like you just the way you are. In fact, maybe being a little less nice might be a good thing. Keeps the competition away."
"You really wouldn't mind even if I'm bad at a lot of things?" Mira asked worriedly, knowing how her low EQ and bluntness sometimes hurt or offended people.
"Mira, we're both far from perfect. I love everything about you, even your flaws. And I have plenty of flaws too. Would you dislike me for them?"
"No, of course not. I only like you."
"Me too."
Moved by Luna's reassuring words, Mira impulsively kissed her. Taking the initiative, she pressed Luna against the wall, a surprised sound escaping Luna's lips as the cool brick pressed against her back. Luna gasped as Mira's lips found hers, her own response was immediate and passionate. She deepened the kiss, her fingers tightening on Mira's arms.
Luna felt Mira's passion, and her own excitement grew, she felt a fire igniting within her as the kiss intensified. They had been dating for a while now but their affection had been limited to holding hands, hugs, and fleeting kisses—this was something entirely different. She felt that if Mira wants more she wouldn't mind and would gladly welcome her.
