Chapter 1
It was a breezy morning at that time. Sound of a flying helicopter crippled through the air. Everyone was at ease and waiting for the take-off of their helicopter to go to their destination. Not until they heard the uneven swish of the helicopter and that was the time they knew that there's something wrong they can't escape.
The pilot can't maneuver it properly anymore, bullets of sweat rushed down on his forehead. Everyone was breathless, trembling in fear and silently praying for their safety as if it was their last breath to take.
"Your highness, we are going to crash!! But I will try to take it off safely for you, your highness"
"Yes, please. Do it safely"
The sound of a boy who was crying in fear was heard. Reaching for his father's arms while still trembling in fear.
"DAD! I'M SCARED!" A child cried as he heard some bad news
"Don't worry, son. Everything will be alright. Just calm down." The dad trying to make his kid calm down
"Crap! The tail rotor has been shot!" The pilot trying to find a good spot to land the helicopter
"Wait!? Someone is attacking us!?"
"Don't worry you're..." before he uttered a word, he has been shot to his head.
"AHH! DAD!!!!"
The helicopter was rotating in the air before it hits the ground in the middle of an unknown forest. The rotors and some parts of the helicopter were flying in different locations.
The goons who shot them were walking to the direction of the helicopter crash while holding a gun.
"Eh! This job is easy to finish, tsk" he spit saliva.
"Haha! Finally! Money! We would be a millionaire because of this job"
"I'm going to call him now" one of the men said while fetching his phone out of his pocket.
They heard some footsteps at their back while whispering something strange. They were startled by the noise.
"I order thee... user of the... tree, life eater"
"Who the heck are you?! Do you want to die?!"
"Hey man, you're scaring her!" Both are laughing
She was standing still while staring at them laughing when she suddenly snapped her finger
"Wa... Wait?! What the hell is happening?!?!" they freaked out.
They were horrified when they saw the gory purple tongued monster with a claw-like a beast and teeth like a hungry wolf that wants to tear their flesh away
"Oy!! Help me!!" one the man screamed.
"What the heck" "This is a joke right?" The other guy said with his trembling voice.
In just a few moments, his partner has been eaten by the monster.
"AAA AHH!!"
He was so scared and panicked as he saw his partner has been eaten, he ran away with a scared face.
While he's running, there's something monstrous figure moving below him that was similar to the monster he saw a while ago.
"AHH! GET OF MEEEEE!!!" he screamed in fear while trying to get the creature out of him.
He tried to jump but his leg has been pulled by the monster tongue.
The monster devouring him, while he was still trying to escape.
"SOMEONE HELP!! HELP ME!!!" he screamed while crying in tremor, blood was gushing out of his mouth.
His legs were bitten and it cut in half.
"AHH-AHHHH!!"
Suddenly, a mysterious girl wearing a black robe showed up in his victim, the mysterious girl was pulling her hood slowly.
"WHO ARE YOU?! AAHHHRRRG!!"
He probably didn't saw the mysterious girl's face because it was dark in the forest. But the girl's eyes were glowing in red, looks like a devil's eyes.
"AAAAHHH!!!!" the man painfully shouted until he was swallowed by the monster.
"Ehh... He finally gone, then..."
She walked away while heading to the location of the helicopter crash. It seems she's finding someone in the helicopter crash, until she saw the little boy who was unconscious at that time.
"I think he's the one, who will..."
Slowly opening his eyes, he saw a galvanized iron sheets in the ceiling.
"Oh... It's just a dream... But why does it feels so real?"
This boy laying down at his futon. His name is Aldrin Seldom. A 16-year-old boy who is living in the area called squatter area. He has dark green hair and brown eyes. He is also a bit skinny than a normal person
"Ughh, when I will be a rich man..."
He gets up in the futon.
He turns on the light.
He walked in the sink to wash his face.
"Ugh! I hate my life..."
"My mom died that I don't know the reason, but it happened when I was 11 years old, but I don't know my mother's name... Probably I forgot about it because it happened a long time ago. But I'm glad I remember my sister name"
Clearing up his futon and placed it at the corner of his little house
"What it is again?" With his confused face "Oh, it's Shane"
"I wish I can go back in time at the time of her death. She died because she was stabbed with the knife"
He was standing at the door and thinking
"Why it so quiet outside?"
Slowly opening a door, but the door stuck.
"Ugh. I forgot the door is broken"
He used all his strength to pull the door until it opened
"What?! It's night?!"
He might be dumb, because he doesn't have any clock or phone to check what time it is. His house doesn't have a window.
His reaction is disappointed, disappointed to himself
"Well, I guess I'll just walk a bit outside, maybe it's midnight because every light in my neighborhood is off"
It was pretty breezy cold night outside and the moon with the stars are shining bright, it was a beautiful night since there are a few lights for light pollution, but you can't see the milky way here, but much more star than the main city
He is walking straight and following the moon. And then he ended up at the end of the squatter area
At the end of the squatter area, just a few meters away, there was no house nor building in here, it seems an open space area
"This is peaceful"
He saw a long luxurious car, but he feels something wrong.
He saw the tire of the car in front is broken. It might crash to him...
"ARE YOU BEING SERIOUS RIGHT NOW?!"
He was so afraid that his leg was frozen like ice. So he just ducked
But the luxurious car has been crashed in the light pole near him
"... I am really dumb... But thanks to the light pole, I survived. No! I should check who is inside"
And then he's hearing a voice saying...
"Are you okay your highness?"
"Yes... I'm okay" her voice sounds like she was scared.
With his face scarred, he saw a group of people at the other open space area across the road, probably five people, he saw them holding a gun but because it was so dark
He gets down quickly and hide in the dark side of a road
While he is looking to them, he saw a man that is aiming someone inside a luxurious car
It is one guy with a sniper rifle was pointing in the car, he probably aiming at the driver
"Your highness, we need to go outside" with the scared face
She slowly opened the door of the car
"Mister let's go now."
"I will, later! GO OUT NOW!! And everything will be fine" He might trying to encourage her not to be scared.
And she heard a loud sound of a gun
"MR. SENA!!" she screamed in a whispering manner because she was trying not to be seen by them
After she went out of the car, she ducked while walking away from the car, then she saw a teenage boy crawling to her.
The boy saw her wearing a blue dress, with a bit of orange stripes at the shoulder and the lower part of the dress is color blue with randomly shaped color orange, also a pair of white-colored gloves. In the middle of the gloves there was a small circle piece of gold, and she's wearing a ring with a blue stone at the top of it. And yet, he's wearing only a plain shirt and a simple short. He probably feels shy to see her like that, because it's the first time he has seen a rich girl
"Hey" the boy whispered with an awkward face.
He gets up to hold her hand, and they run away as fast as they could
"WOAH!! Hey! Who the hell are you?! Are you one of them?!"
"No. I'm trying to save you from them"
He's running to the squatter area as fast as he can
*He is the first ordinary person who's brave enough to hold my hand* the girl said in her mind "Where are we going?"
"We're..." *gasp* *gasp* "to hide!"
They are running until finally they reached the river.
"We're near to my house, there are a lot of houses here so it's harder for them to find us"
"What the?! This place is ugly! Why's there a lot of trash in here?! Are y'all blind or something?!"
"Hey! Stop thinking about that! Start thinking about the ones chasing us!"
He finally saw his house, he reached out for the door and tried to open its door but it was futile because the door is stuck
"Why the hell is this door broken again?!" He is panicking while trying to open the door
And after a few attempts, he finally opened the door and he hurried to enter and pulled her inside
"You know! Thank you but your house sucks!" she looking around the house "How did you live here? Your house's small, your kitchen is ugly, and where the heck you sleep?! There is only a single room! Your house has only one room!"
"WELL SORRY! I DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO LIVE IN THIS PLACE!" He realized that her family will probably get mad if he continues to burst out his anger at her "I'm poor and you are rich, there's so much difference between us"
The princess was shocked when he got mad
"Do you have any idea who are you talking to?!"
"Well, no. I have no idea, sorry" he saddened a little
"My name is Elise Roosevelt. I am the first... Hmm!"
He used his hand to shut her up
"Shhhh..."
They heard someone talking outside
"They might be near, go find them!"
"Yes sir" they ran
"I think they're gone. We'll be safe here for now..." he said in relief
He sits on the floor
"Ugh! Why am I doing this?" He sigh
"It's not my fault, you're the one who..." Her phone rings. She picks her phone at her secret pocket near the skirt part in her dress "Brother..." she answers it
(..." Where are you right now?! I got a report that someone attacked you while you're in the car."...)
"I'm safe for now, someone brought me here at his house," she still staring at the dilapidated house and feeling disgusted
(..."Why are you!? Anyway, I'm glad you're okay"...)
"Of course I am! I can protect myself too!"
(..."But you are still a kid, "...)
"I'm not a kid! I am a teenager!"
(..."So where are you now?"...)
"I don't know, but you can locate me using GPS"
(..."Okay, I will ask the police to help you rescue, just stay there okay, "...)
"Okay! Thank you brother" she turned off the phone call "What?!" Her voice sound disgusted
"Sorry, so what did your brother say?"
"He will get the police to save me."
"Okay..., I'll make you safe here"
"Shut up! I'm stronger than you!"
...
*It's been a few minutes but she is not enjoying this house and gets disgusted by this place. I know what her face is trying to say. She might be saying that she wished her brother will come and get her fast or something to make her leave here*
"Why are you staring, pervert!" Her look disgusted to him
"Ahh sorry, sorry."
He felt something strange happening in his body, he feels like he's having a fever and yet he isn't hot.
And then he sensed something strange and his brain is trying to make a move on something dangerous.
Finally, he felt someone is outside standing on the door.
*He probably heard us talking.*
He stands in front of the door.
"Why are you standing?"
He pushed the broken door to knock the person behind it.
"Wait! What the!?! AH!" he holds her hand again then they run away
"There they are!" a man holding a gun and aims it to them
"Don't shoot you bitch!"
And then they chase them again
"Crap! I don't understand, why are they chasing you?"
"Probably the reason because I am a princess!"
"WHAT?!" he shocked when he heard it "I didn't know you-" he saw stairs and he heard a siren coming this way "That's probably them, now go up the stairs now! Faster!"
She removes her ring to her hand and secretly puts her ring inside his pocket as a token of appreciation, because even though he's a poor and a bit coward, he's the only one who tried to save her.
"Wait? What about you?"
"Forget about me. Your life is more important for the sake of our country!"
He said that because he kinda knows that if her brother saw him, he might get arrested
The princess started to run while lifting her skirt by her two hands in the stairs
He was finding to hind and then saw a hole in the wall below the stairs that has a space to hide, he ran and hid there as quickly as he can
"This is the police!" the police yelled.
"Show me your hands!!" The police yelled like he was angry
The group of people who are an attempt to kidnap the 1st princess has been arrested, but some of them are hiding in the houses.
... Only 3 of those people showed up at their flashlight.
"Hey! Try to escape or I shoot you!" the police yelled
Some police are finding someone who involves in attempting to kidnap the 1st princess.
Apparently, there's a one police who found a hole in the wall that people can enter there.
The police are trying to enter at that wall.
*AHH! Please no! Please don't find me!!* Screaming inside of his head
He saw another hole but its small, but he can enter, so he quickly entered at that hole
"Clear here," the police said
...
A few hours later, he doesn't hear any voices and the sound of a siren
"I guess it's safe to go outside now"
After going outside, he saw a cockroach near at his foot that crawling around
He's scared of bugs but he feels different, he doesn't feel scared now, the moment he thinks what happens to him, he realized that he doesn't feel any fear anymore.
He supposed to panic before he broke his door but he didn't, he doesn't even feel afraid at that time, yet he's mind was clear and he already predict what would happen before it actually happened.
The moment that he steps in, his mind showed something strange but also wonderful.
The place is colorful and lively, flowers are dancing, trees are singing, birds are gathering, it's the perfect place to get eternal happiness.
When he looks at his back, he saw a mysterious girl with a black robe.
She slowly opened her hood to show her face.
She must've been the most beautiful girl he ever met.
Her hair is long and looks so soft, nothing like he ever seen before. Its color is shining red that matches her eyes that's glittering red, her lips is bright red
He stares for a bit, and then she whispered to him with her soft lips that are so close to his ear
"I am the one who chose you to have great power, please use it wisely"
He was satisfied with what he saw, and what he heard, because her voice is soft and gentle like that of an angel.
She snaps with her fingers.
He wakes up in the same spot while standing there.
"What just happened? That girl is familiar to me"
He heads back to his house. He sees that his small house has been broken and someone probably destroyed it intentionally.
The kitchen tools weren't in their proper location, the futon is ripped apart, and his clothes were gone.
He went outside and saw a bunch of guys, there were probably 5 of them and are burning something. He took a closer look and saw all of his clothes are being burned by them.
"So they're the one who's responsible for this," his voice seems angry
He looked at the ground "Can I do this?" he tried to manipulate iron sand to make it look like a spear.
"If I hit them with this, they would probably die. It's better to kill them than to make them kill someone. They are dangerous people."
He uses a magnetic field to enable him to control, and shape the iron sand at his will
The spear-like iron sand floats while aiming at the guys burning his clothes
He aimed accurately and planning to shoot one of them
"This is pretty fun hahaha!"
"This is his judgment because he tried to make that princess getaway," one of the bad people was putting his clothes on tbs fire, until nothing is left "Is that all?" He looked at his group
"Yes sir-" he has been stabbed with the spear-like iron sand created by Aldrin
The blood spurted from his wounds and drips around
"What in the world?!" the leader was shocked and started to panic
"Run!! Before you-" he didn't continue what he was saying because he was already hit by the spear-like iron sand right in the chest. He died a second later
"AHH!!" The spear-like iron sand hit another one right through the stomach with his intestines hanging through the spear
...Another guy was hit in the head right through his thick skull
Blood and flesh had been scattered everywhere
"Who the hell are you?!?!" he pointed his gun tried to pull the trigger but not a second later he was pierced by the spear-like iron sand laying beneath his feet
Aldrin tried to make a spike below him
A loud sound of bones cracking and flesh being ripped apart
If you see it with your own two eyes, goosebumps will reign all over your body. You can't even begin to describe how horrifying it is to see a guy pierced from his butt all the way to his mouth exposing his opened stomach, yellow liquid was dripping from his pierced intestines. His heart literally torn apart that you couldn't even distinguish its shape anymore. In fact with the state of his body, it doesn't look a body of a human anymore, but rather a grilled pig that has been opened wide and flesh already gauged out of its vulnerable body...
"This is the last one huh?"
He disabled his power to the spear-like iron sand and goes back to the original places
"Ugh!!" he sighs "How the heck I got this power? And how do I know it already how it works?"
He ran to get away to the place
"Crap! I need to get out here"
~Hey! Authors here... I just wanted to tell you that the old title of this story called Deicide, but I saw a lot of stories that have the same title, even that it's a different story. So what I do is change the title into Nostaliga. Don't confuse between Nostaliga and Nostalgic, I created my own unique name for my story, that's all... Thank you for reading :)
