Volume 2 is now available for pre-order on amazon:

The official release date will be April 1st. (and it's not a joke :D ) 

Volume 2 will remain free on a few sites until that date as well, unfortunately, I'll have to remove it to put it on Kindle Select, but you'll still be able to ask for a review copy. :)

In the meantime, I've started working on Volume 3, the first chapter should drop soon. :D
