In the blank nothingness, a certain being was just blankly staring at the unending void. The being had no body or any sense of impending danger, it just looked blankly into the void.

'So, this is death?', the being questioned as he blankly stared into the void emotionlessly.

The being stared into the void's sky as he thought, 'My life as Raymond Dragon was truly short.' The being felt nothing except emptiness, it was as if a vacuum instantly sucked in his emotions and destroyed them.

The being named 'Raymond Dragon' glared into the void until one emotion leaked out in his void.

'DAMN IT ALL!', that emotion was rage. Raymond Dragon tried to thrash around in this unending void to no avail, however he still continued. Raymond just couldn't find another way to express his rage hence he still kept thrashing around in this void of nothingness, until...

RUMBLE RUMBLE

'Huh?', Raymond thought as he just witnessed his actions actually take effect.

Another fleeting emotion seemed to escape his void. That emotion was excitement. Raymond grinned as he thought, 'Hehe, I guess it's time to cause some mayhem.'

RUMBLE RUMBLE

Raymond continuously thrashed around in the void of nothingness, releasing all his frustration that was built up in him.

The adrenaline Raymond obtained from knowing that he could affect this unending void effected Raymond deeply, as he gleefully chuckled.

However something unexpected happened to Raymond. Raymond wondered, 'Huh?', as he suddenly lost all control over his body as he collapsed.

'W-what the hell?', Raymond pondered. Just as Raymond thought this he felt something. Something dangerous seemed to erupt from behind him.

RUMBLE TUMBLE RUMBLE

'T-this is..!', Raymond exclaimed in amazement. Raymond couldn't see or feel however he just knew what erupted from behind him.

There were 4 energies of different origins. Raymond realised what these energies were through his previous experiences with [Card Magic (self-named)].

The first energy he felt was [Mana]. This energy seemed to be the basis of creating phenomenons and from investigation Raymond knew that [Mana] originated from the magicule particles in the air. Magicule particles have always been there and always will. Some may say that magicule particles are the reason why everything exists.

The second energy he sensed was [Prana]. This energy is similar to [Mana] except [Prana] is processed [Mana] that is bound to the physical body, however it can be extended to objects and your surroundings if you train even just a little bit.

The third energy he sensed was [Qiqong]. This is by far one of the most common types of energies, it's so common that if you just meditate properly for a while you can unlock it. If you just regulate your breathing then you can easily increase your absorption of energies. This has a lot to do with regeneration and if you increase the proficiency with this type of energy then you can even gain pseudo immortality, it also can alter your body to be more muscular.

The last and final energy that Raymond sensed was [Haki]. This energy is the hardest to train as it requires someone to be able to directly control and manipulate the blood in your body, but once you master [Haki] then you can forcefully harden any part of your body which gives it a dark tint as your body is strengthening the blood in one area, or in other words, solidifies your blood. Solidifying blood may not sound useful, however when you train [Haki] you can forcefully strengthen the quality of your blood and you can even upgrade or evolve your blood to new heights. This type of energy is obtained by consuming food. Also as a side note there are three categories of [Haki].

Raymond knew what these energies were because unlike many other beings, when he was still alive Raymond could have a great understanding of things even when he was still in his Mom's womb, and when Raymond was still in his Mom's womb he remembered he let the [Mana] enter his body because he liked the colour of it.

'W-wait... This means I'm being born...', Raymond understood. He grinned as he focused on absorbing all of the energies that were presented to him. Absorption of energies is simple, you simply just meditate and meditate is what he did.

'Mhm... Tastes like donuts...', he thought as he consumed the [Mana]. After absorbing the [Mana], Raymond decided to eat the [Qiqong].

'Uheee... Tastes like I'm eating a literal mountain of sugar.', he thought as he consumed the [Qiqong]. 'Mhm? What should I eat next~', Raymond thought for a few seconds but then decided to consume the [Prana].

'SALTY!', Raymond screamed internally as he consumed the [Prana]. Raymond stared at the [Haki] and began to consume it.

'FUUUUUUCKKK!', he internally writhed in pain. 'This is chilly as fuck... WHO DUMPED GHOST CHILI IN THE FOOD... FUUUUUCKKKK!', Raymond screamed in desperation.

After some while, Raymond had completely absorbed the [Haki] energy and then took a breath of relief.

'Phew...', he breathed out in relief.

RUMBLE RUMBLE RUMBLE RUMBLE

When Raymond finished absorbing the energies he felt the entire void shake and he knew what was happening. Raymond smiled blissfully as he saw a white light seep through the dark space. Raymond jumped up from the floor and decided to head directly towards the light.

'UGYAAAAAH', Raymond screamed in agony as he hardened his conviction and kept moving forward. Eventually---

"--UGYAAAAA! UGYAAAAAA!", he was born.

Raymond looked around while crying fervently, and through his misty gaze he could spot three fellows, Raymond was sure that there were more but he could only keep sight of the current three.

The first person he saw chilled him to the spine. It was a young lady with am ice-cold glare. Raymond thought the glare was even colder than the buckets of water that was dumped on him daily by his big sister! She had brown hair and purple eyes and had a voluptuous figure.

"Tch." Raymond heard the woman click her teeth which annoyed Raymond, but he knew he couldn't do anything.

Raymond glanced over to the next figure which made him smile a little. Noticing his smile, the brown haired maid was taken by surprise, and her green eyes glistened in curiosity. She should be around her teens or late teens appearance-wise, and her figure was average all the way. 'Cute face though...', Raymond commented.

Just as Raymond was going to observe the third person, he was carried by the person himself. The person had a furious and slightly depressed glare as he stared at Raymond. He had red eyes and dark brown hair with an average to muscular outline.

'I wonder what's his problem?', Raymond said inwardly.

"### #### ## Ray Quartz."

The man, now dubbed as Mr. Angry, said a bunch of words but then named Raymond. Or at least Raymond thought so.

The man threw Raymond towards the maid - who caught him - and then stormed out of the room.

Raymond, or Ray, wanted to say something but he was then hit by a wave of nausea and fatigue, hence he closed his eyes and slept. As Ray was going to doze off he had one thought:
