Odla : "Orime. Stop fooling around and let Lin take the lead."

Mela : "T-take the lead! W-what does that mean?"

Orime : "You know... relax your hips and let this fine specimen do his thing."

Lin : "..."

After a few long and awkward seconds which the princess spent gawking in silence, she couldn't handle the pressure and turned around then ran outside as if escaping the death sentence!

"Bfft..." The green-haired beauty finally broke her act and laughed while exchanging a sly look with the raven-haired beauty.

"Hahaha... I've got to admit though, that girl looks prettier than normal when she's embarrassed." The shadow-elf drummed her cheek with a finger before looking down towards the boy whom she's currently straddling beneath her waist and continued to say : "Don't you think so?"

The great-sage looked upwards and struggled to get a closer look at the woman because her chest was hiding more than half of her face from this angle, then looked to the side towards the owner of this house as if to say : "A little help... please?"

But the wood-elf seemed to find this situation a bit too much amusing, yet... before she got to really enjoy it.

The blonde woman stormed into the room and pulled her maid away from the boy while saying : "For how long are you going to keep doing that for? This is child abuse!"

Lin immediately acted and opened his mouth at maximum width before spitting somethin that blinded the three elven women with its bright glow of silver light.

From that globe of silver light he separated a smaller globe and walked towards the shadow-elf and said : "Are you sure about this," Afterwards he opened his mouth to once again swallow the bigger globe into his body before continuing to say : "Is this what you really want?"

The atmosphere within the room became heavy, both Odla and Mela silently looked towards Orime.

"Didn't I say that it's my child? I'm going to love and support my firstborn child with all my heart! Humph... me and Ode are the best parents in this forest, you can ask that sibling of yours all about it some day in the future." The raven-haired beauty paused for a second before taking a step forward towards the boy and saying : "Now be quick about it and stop wasting my time, ever since I've confirmed my pregnancy and I became quite a bit busy finding something to eat since I keep feeling hungry all the time." Then Orime raised her clothes and exposed her flat stomach.

The great-sage pushed his hand slowly towards her belly once he saw the steely and determined look within the shadow-elf's pair of wide black eyes, the small globe of silver-colored soul-source instantly disappeared once it touched her skin.

Mela : "How do you feel?" The princess leaned forward and lowered her head towards her maid's stomach to take a closer look.

Odla : "Can you sense the soul-force of your child?" The green-haired beauty gathered pure wood-energy within her hands and pressed all of it into the belly-area of her friend.

Lin : "Let me help you with that." The boy focused on the fetus with his soul-sense and immediately got reminded of the current state of his own soul!

The backlash of him attempting to use soul-force was slightly lighter than before but the pain practically paralyzed the great-sage and he fell on his knees while holding his head, his face lost all color and his eyes popped-out.

"Tsk. Even if your body is no longer injured doesn't mean that your soul is! It should take you a couple more weeks of serious rest before you're able to access your soul-force." The wood-elf rolled her eyes towards the boy before shaking her head and holding him in an embrace where she covered him entirely in a shell of wood-energy.

Orime : "I... I can feel it! I think it's trying to reach-out to me." The raven-haired beauty seemed extremely surprised after saying these words and thought to herself : 'Such strong soul-force yet it's just one of seven soul-fragments! Just what exactly is my child going to become when their undeveloped-soul fully matures? I need to help my baby as best as I can while it's still in my womb, I've got to eat all sorts of soul-nourishing resources. Ode still hasn't used his green-stem of the white-lotus emperor yet! I'm taking that one for our child.'

"I was being impulsive and gave big sister Odla trouble, sorry about that." The great-sage smiled abashedly before waving his left hand towards the table and retrieved a few plates of fruits and different types of sweet, salty, and sour appetizers.

Odla : "Humph. As long as you know it." The green-haired beauty looked away after letting go of the boy, but the princess could clearly see a hint of a smile on the corner of her sister's mouth.

"Yay!" The shadow-elf threw her hands in the air before sitting on the table with a wide smile on her face, after throwing a few pastries into her mouth she turned towards Mela and said : "Go call Ode over, there's something important that I need from him."

The startling beauty frowned slightly at the way her friend is treating her but she did what she was told anyway.

Lin : "About these containers... is there any possible way for you to make them for me?" He took advantage of Odla being in a good mood and asked.

"I don't mind giving you my heart-wood," After a short pause she continued to say : "Let's talk about the price after you make a full recovery."

The boy nodded. "Alright." Then he went towards the bathroom.

A few days later Orime refined Ode's green-stem of the white-lotus emperor and let the soul-fragment absorb it.

All it took was three days for the soul-fragment to become whole, the remaining benefits from that soul-related world-treasure were used to aid the complete soul within that incomplete and undeveloped fetus become a lot stronger!

Lin personally said that this sibling of his is currently using the same soul-cultivation technique which he uses to strengthen its soul, if things keep developing in this way? Then... he wouldn't be surprised if Orime's child could unblock the yintang-acupoint before being born.

News that forced the elven-king and queen to call for another meeting of the high-council in-order to decide the amount of resources they're going to dedicate for Orime and Ode's unborn child, all of these elves seriously formulated a plan to ensure that this yet to be born elf would experience the perfect environment so that they may one day allow him to lead their elven-race towards a much prosperous future.

Of course all of them agreed to keep a close relationship with the human kid.

Milo : "Where is he?" The young-prince asked his sister once he entered the medicinal-garden on Odla's tree.

Mela : "Over there in the back, he's taking one of his long soaks in these disgusting concoctions. Yuck, just remembering the smell makes me feel like puking my guts out."

Odla : "Don't!"

*Blurgh...*

Orime : "I'm going to die..."

Ode : "You're going to be just fine, I'm right here with you every step of the way."

"That's easy for you to say... I'm the one feeling so starved yet I keep throwing everything back out a few minutes afterwards, eating has never felt so hard in my life." The shadow-elf paused for a moment after falling into a daze before looking towards her man and saying : "You did this to me!"

"Uh! I-I'm sorry..." The blood-elf awkwardly apologized while not knowing what he's supposed to say in this situation.

The princess felt like this is her chance to butt-in. "Yeah. Do something!"

The wood-elf held her chin and said : "Hmm... maybe go find her some thousand-year-old queen-bee's honey or something like that. En. That aught to help her with her stomach-ache."

The teenager elf began to sweat while feeling sorry for the fate of this guard who's being cornered by two mischievous and extremely bored women.

Two weeks of living with these elves passed so peacefully and the boy enjoyed every single moment.

He would take his pills and soak himself in concoctions without exercising his physique because he might get too absorbed while doing so and burden his soul, he took advantage of the free time to meditate and relax.

These meditation sessions would sometimes happen and Lin would find himself delving deep into the elements around his body and spend that time in their company, other sessions he would be looking into his body with his inner-sight and the state of every single one of his body-cells would become clear to him.

In the beginning the great-sage wasn't able to see the situation within his dantian-space and some kind of intervention was jamming his vision, one week later this all changed when the boy woke-up and was able to activate his spirit-wings without being hindered by that invisible barrier.

Honestly he was horrified by the sight.

He was greeted by a bone-structure that lacks skin or feathers, not to mention that there's only one pair!

Looking inside the dantian-space the great-sage breathed a long sigh of relief, floating within the center there's the other pair of wings... completely unprotected by any sort of barrier.

Solitary wings and an empty dantian.

Thankfully the pair of white-wings only lost some of their feathers and are mainly completely intact, unlike the pair of silver-wings which lost the great-majority of its feathers and have a few sparse silver-feathers here and there.

The dantian-walls were covered in crisscrossing cracks which seem a lot more dangerous if compared to the ones his dantian-space suffered when the bolt of tribulation-lightning hit him a few months ago.

But, Lin noticed something disturbing within these much wider cracks on the dantian-walls and studied them for a while before calling Kai for help.

He wanted to at least get some advice on why there's chains formed from complex runes running all-around and between these cracks and binding these dantian-walls together!

Unfortunately the talking-raccoon ignored him and the boy had to wait for next time he met with the humanoid-fairy to ask her for advise.

He spent that week allowing light-energy seep-into his body in the gentlest way possible, he never actively sought the light-element from his surroundings and let it all happen passively.

Filling the cracks on these dantian-walls was much alike filling the void.

Two weeks after injecting one of his soul-fragments into Orime's fetus, Lin was able to look within his soul-world for the first time.

Up above, the sky of his soul-world is covered with a purple-red cloud that endlessly swirled and positioned its center right above the two soul-clones and the whirlpool beneath them which leads to the second meridian-branch that also leads to the dantian-space.

The same bright golden-water is beneath their feet and extends to the limit of his soul-sense.

However, there's an addition that never existed within this soul-world before he lost consciousness.

Right above the whirlpool of the bright golden-water there's a circular platform!

Looking at this circular platform from above... it's the same ancient-looking rune which Kai and everyone else calls it a "decree".

*Vzzt... Boom...*

A purple-red bolt of lightning fell from the swirling cloud up above and directly struck that platform right in front of the boy's disbelieving-eyes.

After learning from experience how disturbingly-painful and destructive these bolts could be, the great-sage looked at the circular platform and gawked from shock once he discovered that it's practically the same without a single scratch on its surface.

'Just what is this thing doing in here? I can't feel safe as long as it stays within my soul-world, there must be a way for me to get rid of it.' Maybe Fiend-Blood and Fiend-Root would've strangled Lin alive if they could hear his thoughts.
