Spell:

To master a spell, one has to form a spell model inside one’s mind runes. Spell is materialized by chanting and using mana.

-low grade (Not necessarily weak, but can’t be upgraded to the next cultivation spell grade)

-normal grade

-high grade

-top grade

-supreme grade* (Breakthrough the limit of top, but spell with this grade can’t be upgraded)

Skill/Thaumaturgy:

It’s different than spell. It’s a term of magic that’s been given to people who have it naturally. Magic ones have after learning a mana absorption technique and martial magic are in the same category.

Mana Absorption Technique:

Divided into cultivation and grades. A person can only learn one mana absorption technique. When one has learned it, a mind rune is formed inside one’s spirit.

-low grade (Low chance to advance to the next realm)

-Normal

-High

-Top (Some of them give the users a skill or two. Top grade can change the quality of one’s spiritual roots and mana)

Attribute and Spiritual Roots:

Each living beings have spiritual roots with at least one attribute of universe. One’s impurity inside spiritual roots greatly affects one’s chance to be a magus. Common attributes are divided into nine: Water, Nature, Metal, Earth, Fire, Wind, Lightning, Light, Darkness.

Cultivation Realm:

-Mana Condensation Realm (level 1-30. Every ten levels are called early, middle, and late stages). Magus in this realm is usually called acolyte.

-Magic Foundation Realm (three stages). In each stage, one has to have specialty magic. This specialty magic will gain a tremendous boost when one’s advanced to the next realms.

-Magic Core Realm (three stages): Core is divided into two categories: color and attribute.

+Low Grade (grey color or one attribute)

+Middle Grade (white color or two attributes)

+High Grade (three attributes or blue color)
