Chapter 3-3 of the week. Patreon chapter will come out in a few hours. I am still outside. Enjoy

Johan fell on his belly as Vanilla bashed his head. He was surprisingly weak. She turned his body and sat on him, knees pressing his arms.

“What are you doing?” Johan asked in rage.

Before he could continue cursing, Vanilla sealed his lips. She didn’t bother to explain it to him. It wasn’t like she thought of him as a person. She had done it with many men before. It would be fast.

Johan struggled even more as her hand went along his abdomen to his lower body.

“Ah, you are hard. Do you like this? Don’t misunderstand. It’s for survival,” she muttered before rode him wildly.

……

“Is she Mircalla?” Allen asked, looking at the white-haired woman ahead. While the usual Mircalla looked young, this extremely beautiful woman appeared in her mid-twenty.

She rubbed her slim belly and muttered something. Then, she looked at the goblin king and sighed.

She lost interest in the goblin king and left him, slowly walking to the boulder where they hid.

The goblin king roared as if he was insulted. He jumped and walked in the air as if stepping the stairs. He spun several rounds and plunged to the white-haired Mircalla.

Mircalla twirled a strand of her hair and plucked it. She threw it to the back.

The strand of hair expanded and transformed into a giant wolf. It tore the goblin king’s body apart and vanished.

“Allen, let’s go greet her. Remember to be polite.” Reymond pulled him out to face her.

Reymond knelt. He didn’t do this to the usual Mircalla. So, Allen followed him.

“Greetings, Countess Elise Bathory.”

“Where is this?” Elise asked indifferently.

“I don’t know, Countess. But, this canyon is filled with black goblins.”

Elise’s eyes widened. “Is this Death Canyon? Ah, that’s impossible. No living beings can live there anymore. Black goblins, huh, it will be hard to find virgin girls among them. I will rest again, Reymond. You take care of Cally. Just give her ordinary blood. It won’t satisfy our mental need, but we will hold it.”

“As you wish, Countess.”

After talking to Reymond, she glanced at Allen. “So, Arkor has found a successor.”

Elise closed her eyes. Her white hair turned pink and she fell.

Allen caught Mircalla and wrapped her with his cloak.

Reymond clucked his mouth. “So fast.”

Allen didn’t have a mood to respond to his joke. He lied down Mircalla and asked, “Who was that woman?”

“I think you need to know too, but let’s seek a safe area.”

“Don’t worry, this area is safe. My undead minions are scouting the surroundings.”

Reymond sat and start telling the story, “After this, you have to explain how you became a necromancer.”

Allen nodded. “Fine.”

“I think you already know the structure of a soul. Her Asura Kobold form changes the character of her soul and body. It is awakening her hidden persona. You can call this alter ego or multiple personalities.

“Mircalla’s spirit is special. The spirit is indeed indestructible, but it can be manipulated. What do you think is the indestructible element in spirit? It’s the form, the vessel.

“A long time ago, Countess Elise Bathory found a way to transfer the data of one’s spirit to another spirit vessel. Her former spirit vessel had gone back to the Will of the Universe. But, her data blended with Mircalla’s spirit vessel.

“In other words, Countess and Mircalla are sharing spirit and body.”

Allen pondered. “I want to ask something. Is the countess sleeping right now?”

“Probably.”

“Reymond, you said you love Mircalla. Don’t you afraid the countess will harm her?”

“You are wrong, Allen. She and Mircalla are the same person. I love them equally. Besides, the countess loves Mircalla. I can assure this.”

“Alright, but you haven’t told me about the countess. If you refer them as the same person, that means she is my master too.”

Reymond ducked as though pondering something. He looked up to the sun. “To tell you the truth, I don’t know much about her past. There are records about her in the empire and the alliance.”

“The empire!” Allen’s eyes widened.

Shadowperk City was located in the Mortal Circle of the Cage Forest. When one ventured to the north, they would find the Red River.

The red river span from the Mountain of Desire in the west to Death Canyon, and many more areas to the east. This red river alone was dangerous; many strong aquatic beasts resided deep inside it. Beyond that to the north, there was another continent, Artamica Continent. The empire was one of the top factions in there.

“She was given the title of the countess by the emperor even though she was a vampire. However, she had a deep friendship with the other top faction in there, the Ashker Family.”

“Ashker? Isn’t that the surname of Johan?”

“Yes, his family once was a top faction. The countess existence was the symbol of friendship between these two factions.

“I don’t know the detail. But, at some points, there was a faction that betrayed the Ashker. They cut off their relationships with the main family and called themselves as Ashkera Family. Countess supported them.

“Even with the help of the empire, the Ashker Family was strong. When the Ashkera Family nearly lost, the countess found a rare resource. It was the blood of the true ancestor.

“She became powerful after drinking it. She defeated many strong people of the Ashker. With her help, the Ashker had fallen and retreated to this continent. One of the reasons why they hate Mircalla and hunt them. Hm, that’s all I know. You can ask Mircalla or the Countess for further details if you are curious.”

Allen nodded and didn’t pursue this matter further. The story is vague and contains many secrets. Well, if I maintain a good relationship with them, maybe it will benefit me.

“What’s your task?” Allen asked.

“I and Mircalla have to annihilate goblin horde. We have done it or so I thought. But, there’s no sign that the task has finished.”

“There’s a goblin village if you follow the river. Maybe you have to annihilate them all.”

“How do you know?”

“I ordered my minions to scout the area.”

“What information do you have about them?”

“The strongest goblin isn’t the goblin king. It’s the goblin shaman. He is a late-stage magic foundation magus. Can Mircalla deal with them?”

“I am afraid she can’t. Black goblins are different than humans. Besides, I bet the stored souls in her blood have nearly depleted. There are no virgin girls around. We can’t satisfy her mental hunger. If she fights with her condition, I am afraid it will drive her into a frenzied state. You don’t want to see a frenzied vampire.”

Allen felt that Reymond spoiled her too much. But, he thought it would be better to ask Mircalla directly later.

“Well, you can’t pass this test if you don’t annihilate them. Let’s cooperate. My task is to retrieve a certain item in the goblin village and to kill the black goblin shaman. It seems your task doesn’t have a time limit too. For now, you can help me creating undead minions.”

Reymond looked at the undead minions behind Allen. “So that’s the true undead army made by a true necromancer. Their cultivations seem varied too. Some of them are peak acolytes. Are they stronger than zombie slaves of our sect?”

If you refer to their necromancy, yes. Their necromancy technique only creates doll-like undead with limited moves. Zombie soldiers are tougher, Allen thought. “My undead minions are ordinary. Each only masters one martial magic, but their movements and actions are human-like. You can try sparring with one of them. They are flexible.

“The true strength of undead minions lie in number. They are the lowest type of undead, creating them is easy. I have more undead minions, but I have sent them elsewhere.”

“Where?”

Allen smiled. “Helping others.”

……

Eren and the female knight advanced. As soon as they got out, they met a group of black goblins.

The female knight charged at them, while Eren changed his direction to avoid them. Luckily, the black goblins only interested in her, a strong foe.

Eren got past them, but he slowed and turned back. The female knight brandisher her sword that was gleaming. She cut half three goblins at once.

“As expected of a magic foundation magus.”

Eren was about to continue running, but someone was coming to him. It was a black goblin with long hair. His cultivation exceeded the peak mana condensation, but not magic foundation either.

“That goblin is pseudo magic foundation magus. It will happen when someone fails to breakthrough. He’s coming toward me!”

As the goblin kept closer, Eren sighed. “Well, I can’t do a damn thing about him. I will just die.”

Suddenly, the female knight jumped past him and stood before him. She blocked the goblin’s attack.

Eren’s eyes widened. She was supposed to fight a group of goblins. He looked back and saw the goblins fought with undead minions. “Allen? He is near.”

One goblin threw a punch to a minion and is blocked with a flame covered fist. They were pushed back. The goblin grinned and drew his axes. With a double slash, the minion cut into two.

The goblin turned toward another minion and got into position to pounce, but suddenly a naked woman appeared before him. He didn’t care much and swung his axes toward her. His attack passed through her body as if he was attacking empty air.

The ghost woman got past his body and went to other goblins. Those who contacted her got slower. Then, undead minions ganged upon each of them.

“Woah, they might have comparable bodies to that of rank one magical beasts, but black goblins were fiercer. Luckily, the minions outnumber them.”

“What are you babbling about? Do you forget our task?” The knight woman shouted.

“Forgive me. Don’t attack those undead groups. They are allies.”

“I am aware. I can sense danger.”

Eren nodded and ran past them. “I am sorry. I will go on.”

The ghost woman followed beside him. There was an eye tattoo on her forehead. That meant Allen could see him. He smiled and clasped his hands.

The ghost woman gave her a thumb up. He chuckled. That was hilarious.

Eren finally saw the goblin carriage ahead. Several camels confined inside a cage. He glanced at the empty front seat of the carriage and sighed in relief. “With this, the second task is done.”
