So, a couple words about Wicked Witch.

Although I enjoy writing it, and like the world that I've been slowly been developing, it really hasn't been receiving many views.

I've had multiple people tell me they've given it a try, and just can't get into it. I knew that westerns were not exactly popular, but I figured it might draw more people if there was magic sprinkled in, but apparently it wasn't enough. Even my regular editors didn't have enough interest to read it regularly.

The latest chapters have been getting like 200ish views over a week (over both Royal Road AND Scribblehub), which isn't honestly isn't super terrible, but considering the time investment I need to make in order to put out three chapters a week... Probably not worth it.

I've been putting in 12+ hours a week to get these chapters out, on top of the TBoB and TH. Although I've managed to sustain that rate without burnout, that's a lot of time I could be spending on another story.

So what does that mean for WW? Am I going to abandon it?

No. I'm enjoying the story, even if other people aren't. I'm just not going to push myself to put out regular chapters. Im going to move to an inconsistent schedule, aiming for for one chapter ever two weeks; Throwing a chapter together when I feel like it, like I did for the later Dueling Dungeons chaps.

What'll I do with the time I was using for writing WW? I don't know yet. I have a couple stories I've been working on in my spare time, and more than a few people have asked me to continue Dueling dungeons... So I'll find something to fill the time.

I know this is fairly short notice, and it might be disappointing for a few people, but I think it's probably the best choice considering the circumstances. If you enjoyed the story so far, don't forget to drop in occasionally to check for new chapters.
