Later that day, after the shocking revelation of the new King, the young couple and Leryn had just sat down on the couch facing each other, in a castle meeting room.

"Well, we are more comfortable and with more privacy, now we can talk at ease, so go ahead and ask, I imagine you have many questions," Leryn said without formality before her guests.

"Your majesty..." Crystal started to say, but was interrupted by Leryn.

"Tell me Leryn please, I consider you my family, Ummm, what's more, treat me like your respected family, also you do not remember Crystal when you called me little brother, and I called you sister.

Leryn's request finished, Yulio surprised by that past familiarity, looked at her wife in search of an answer, who with a slightly uncomfortable face ignored Yulio and spoke.

"It's alright Leryn if it's your order, I'll try to treat you without much respect."

"Well, well, that's to be expected of you, I guess I'll give in a bit, now let's ask."

"Okay, I was going to say, how did you end up being the king, what happened to everyone and why almost no one seems to know?" Crystal asked.

"That's the question that I wanted to hear, or questions but it doesn't matter, because I'll answer them" Leryn congratulated to then ask" you prefer the short version or the deep but very explanatory version.

"The deeper one if it's not too much trouble," said Crystal.

"No, not at all, besides, any excuse to evade my duties is welcome," said the King without complications.

[What's wrong with this King?] Yulio thought when he saw the carefree attitude of his ruler, but soon these thoughts were interrupted by this carefree.

"Hey Yulio... right? I see you very quiet, you haven't spoken almost anything, since we met, don't worry, I'm not going to eat you.

"I just don't have much to say ... besides, I'm not good at talking to new people ..."

"Umm, I understand, well, you know then, anything you can talk about, I don't hurt, now I'm going to explain and it will be long, it's good that I ordered food and drinks in advance."

And so, with the preambles over, young King Leryn began to relate his story.

"What happened is that I had a master plan from years ago to take the throne and it was until now that I achieved the final blow, well no, I'm kidding, don't look at me like that."

"Now, seriously, I'll start with the beginning and the origin of everything, my father, the King was an unfortunate hypocrite, paranoid and hopelessly mad."

"I see them shocked, well, I suppose they only saw their noble and fair part but think, like a King being sane, I would condemn your entire family without valid proof and play with your destiny in such a crazy way."

"It's that I mean, suppose he was right, and your parents, may the gods take care of them, were bad, well the execution was the legal way for their supposed crimes, but including them you would also be an accomplice and avoid loose ends, But no, instead of that I was going to put you as a slave and then by a suggestion you marry someone and send you to a corner where you could perfectly make a coup, do you see any sense in it? ”Leryn finished asking.

"No," Crystal said.

"If you put it like that..." Yulio said.

"Truth that is illogical, now well, continue, my father was born crazy, but he became like that over time, history tells us that of 10 brothers and sisters born to 4 different mothers, only the oldest of all and the legitimate heir by birth between the king and the queen he ended up being the King, while the rest of the family disappeared almost all.

"Exile, death in battle, foreign marriage, death by old age, death by schemes, are just some of the main causes and none were serious because of the King ..., because that's a lie, my father decided on almost everyone his siblings and family.

"Although, well, I suppose this is nothing new among royal relatives, in this case, my father, the primary heir, was always in the sights of his brothers, and that to survive it was all or nothing."

"This family confrontation lived since his childhood, brought with it his paranoia and his twisted and conspiratorial personality, thank the gods that the time when my father took the throne and in which we are now, is peaceful, else, I cannot imagine the terrible things that had happened.

"But this still does not save several nobles from being unjustly condemned, Crystal tell me, in your life, has it not seemed strange to you that from time to time, a family of viscounts or of a lower rank was purged for treason?".

"I... Not really, my parents taught me the loyalty of the nobles may not be true, and I believed that the king was simply clever in wishing him off traitors," Crystal commented.

"I see, Crystal the reality is that this only happens here, in other countries, very rarely this happens and this is so since this type of hunting is counterproductive since it generates fear of their king, and later, people who in they really want to overthrow him in a much more active way.

"I understand..." Crystal said without further ado.

"I see you're not convinced yet, well it doesn't matter, you can think about it later, the important thing is the current story, now that my father was a madman, now it's time to talk about my time and my brother.
