Here's the summary for it:

Nolan and Chelsea go through their first year in college as high school sweethearts, finding time to make their relationship work despite their conflicting class and sleep schedules. Having been together for over two years, they are closer and more comfortable around each other than ever.

However, off-hand comments and remarks about their relationship bring to light the potential challenges they may have to face sooner than they had thought. Unbeknownst to Chelsea, while she attempts to hide her inner turmoil over the unknown future of their relationship, Nolan is forced to battle the surfacing fears he has been ignoring over the past two years.
