Races 69 – Succubi

One of the original races the gods created out of boredom before the first calamity. Like Vampires, they serve absolutely no purpose whatsoever except to bring chaos. Compared to the other races born out of darkness (vampires, demons, nightmares, …) they are relatively weak, but can balance this out with their exceptional hiding abilities. Their magic is exceptional and not detectable by normal means, meaning they can live amongst humans relatively easily, especially because they do not kill their prey.

As descripted in other books, they doo have tails with a heart shaped ending, but they do not have any wings, contrary to popular belief.

Most of them have a strong sense of possession, so don’t try to steal their prey … whatever that means.

Strengths:

-Stronger than normal humans

-Certainly know how to use arousal against others

-Can feed on others without anyone realizing

-Can intrude into the mind of others in 'specific' circumstances

Weaknesses:

-Must mingle with other races

-If they are found out, they mostly end up dead

-Are highly susceptible to arousal themselves
