A/N I've decided to add equipment on the summoning option and 50 limit on each vehicle for now but can increase with lvl

Scott then summon 600 civilians which he assign 100 for Police and then  goes to their daily schedule and 30 tank,20 Humvee, 10 UH-1 Huey 5 AH-1 Viper and 1000 army personnel which he assign 300 to defend the capital 200 others for scouting using half of each vehicle and the rest for patroling the area.
