We were walking down the street towards the plaza where the ceremony will be conducted

"S-shut up!!!!" Lissy shouted shyly still hugging my arms

"Calm down" I said as I pat her cute little head

It didn't take us that long to reach the plaza where Paps and village chief could bee seen shaking hands looking for who got the stronger grip, since papa lost his arm he have been training with just one arm so he basically got advantage

"Stop it, stop fighting in front of the children" Mom said as he gave them both a head chop

It did stopped them, but their look at each others were still sharp as ever

We first pick a sit and just wait there for more people to arrive

"Aye aye look at this cute girl" I said as I poke the cheeks of Lissy

We talked and talk as there's nothing to do here as it's still too early with most of the people still preparing

"I'm priest Qiull of the church of the water god, according to the law I shall now begin the ceremony" He calmly said as he ordered his men to put the statue down

The statue is that of a beautiful woman in her prime, absolutely beautiful

The ceremony began as the candidates began to go on the stage one by one

They were obliged to sit in front of the statue and follow the prayer of the priest

Most of them only got a normal statues with nothing special at all while some of them got exceptional status suitable for a mage and one of them is suitable to be a priest

He walk to the front and followed the priest along with the prayer

The statue light up and showed his status, actually it's just the basic status as only the person himself can see the real status

And after this, the parents are responsible for teaching their child how to open the status

Str, def, magic and wisdom were rated from 1 to 10 with 10 being the highest and 1 being the lowest. it will tell what they are most suitable to be

"Next" Said the priest as Luck walked away

She walk and did the same as luck

The priest can only smile as he pat her head

Lissy was so happy as she go back to my side

Now it's my turn

I walked toward the priest and followed the prayer and soon my status was revealed

"Ahhhhhh are you interested in joining our circle, child??? " Asked the priest

"I think I have to think about it first" I replied

"Hahahahahaha whatever you want, you can go the temple whenever you want to join use,btw take this token with you. You will need it in the future when you want to join us" The priest said as he passed down a bronze token with a blade and trident symbol

After that I goes back to my sit as everyone cheer

"That's mys son" Paps said to me as he look at village chief and soon they started their fight again

"Fhon Let's FIGHT!!!!" Luck called out as he crack his joint

"Getting cocky are we???" I said as I cracked my joints too

"No!!!!" Lissy shouted as she blocked our way

"Ohh my god Lissy" Luck said as he scratch his head

"Hmmm let's go" Lissy said as she pulled me away forcefully, not even giving me a chance to say anything

"Look , the love birds!!" Bruke shouted which caught everyone's attention and everyone keep calling us love birds

I can feel that Lissy is about to explode
